Heh, I see a gaming laptop in my future, too.  I paid outrageous sums of cash for my Macbook, however, so I feel like I ought to get some use out of it.  We do have generally the same taste in movies, so that works.  I love war movies.  We just watched The Red Baron which was pretty good.  He likes The Winter War, my favorite is probably We Were Soldiers or Gettysburg.

Actually my job could work as a video game if you could throw fireballs at US customs, have monsters leaping out at you from hanging file folders and be forced to fight them off with nothing but your stapler, and put a Crushing Prison on telemarketers before they launch into their spiel.

Is it a red stapler? And do you get very upset if it's missing? I shouldn't have watched office space...lol

I LOVE We Were Soldiers. I missed meeting Joe Galloway here, I'm still mad. But our next duty station is Ft Benning, GA, where it was filmed. And more importantly, where Julie Moore is buried. I fully intend to visit her gravesite, that woman is a hero in my eyes. Us families wouldn't have the resources and support we have now without her. I'm going to LOVE exploring all of the history there. Plus the unit we are in now (oddly the same one he was with in Alaska...making it the only unit he's been in) has a memorial there for lives lost in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, and I assume the ons from this deployment. My second favorite is actually a series, Band of Brothers was amazing.

Hit send too soon. We actually got Alienware laptops over the winter when he reenlisted. Yay bonus! My desktop was turning itself off for no reason while I was playing anything bigger than farmville. Originally HE was supposed to get one, but we both ended up with them. I love her...<3

LOL  You have to actually live in Silicon Valley to appreciate that movie to its full potential.  Welcome to our lives!  It's like back when I moved to New York City and suddenly the Korean nail lady on SNL was not just funny, but hilarious, because I got the inside jokes.

Yes we like that one, too!  The highlight for us is the Hitler photo album, because it's now displayed at a little WWII museum not far from my hometown in Pennsylvania.  My husband is appalled at my hicksville homeland, but he was seriously impressed by that.

I have a grayed out "buff" on my rogue and I can't figure out what it is. it's just visual but it's driving me nuts!!!!

Alienare computers are actually available through Dell now, which makes them super easy to pick out and customize.  Where in PA? I may have to go see it the next time we get up there to visit. We're from Indiana, PA ourselves Go go hicksville!! Though it does lend to alot of "WTF???" when you move somewhere like...Seattle...lol I was good when we went from PA to Fairbanks, Alaska..it was just like home. But this area (Seatlle/Tacoma) is just O.o to me. Too fast!!!

I really have no idea it's just...there and even when all of her sustainables are turned off. I thought maybe it was an issue with extra dog slot because she's a ranger but I disabled Dog and it's still there.

Eldred, PA.  You have to want to get there.    But their little WWII museum is actually very nice and interesting.  It used to be a munitions factory.

The only sad thing is that changing the chargin file made all the other mod hairstyles disappear

It was just a little gray square where your sustainables show up. I figured it out though. It was a leftover from uninstalling Awakening in the OC. I had the archery talent accuracy active when i played her last, and had uninstalled the mod, so it left a ghost buff there.
