Fair enough, I was just wondering. Thank you for indulging me, also you'd love a Shediac accent imagine a heavy New England accent mixed with am equally heavy French accent and you mix the grammatical rules of the two together. The end result is someone telling you to "Curver tha hockey stick der la!"

I have no particular reaction against French accents in general.  For example, Riordan... RAWR!

It's the whole package, not any one thing.

Is the ogre wearing a thong, or is it just me. Never thought I would ask that.

Hmm, Kara is thinking perhaps it was not a good thing to leave her daughter shortly after birth.  She maybe should have stuck around some to teach her daughter some.....manners....

Heh, which New England accent?  There's Boston, RI, Maine, and then all the local variants...

Ah, fun place to live.  ^_^

Well since it's New Brunswick it would be like your Maine accent, but a Canadian Maritimer variant!

And then they go and make him so damned stoic, like Duncan.  At least Riordan does that meaningful "...sister."  *faints*

I have a hard time distinguishing between American accents. If there is one that I don't like, is the one that Levi Dryden has. What kind of accent is that?

Not American!  It's British, I think a working-class British accent but more specific than that I can't really tell you.

I think its supposed to be East London spiv - similar to the crime boss in Lock, stock and two smoking barrels.

But I'm prepared to be corrected (as always ;-) ) - particulary as I just got up and my brain is just now starting to tick over.

It sounds London working-class to me, too, but I don't have a fine ear for these things like a native Brit would.

I do recognize one local dialect in the VA's- Connor's VA must be from northern England.  I LOVE northern England accents, and when he said "mother poot Jowan in the doongeon", I squee'ed a little.  Or... I would have squee'ed, if the scene weren't about a demon-possessed child.  Yeah.  Posted Image

Alistair makes it hard for Lyra (dalish) to NOT trust him, right from the start. I never noticed him doing this before bu every time I turn around I'm behind his shield.

I make no claims to being a native (am Australian) - which is why I am happy to be corrected.

and lol - must make a point to speak to Connor the next time he survives, erm, the next time I do a runthrough.

I don't really like the way the makeup is done in the game so, I made a few new skin textures w/ makeup.  If anyone is interested they're up on my project page here

Edit: These are for the eyeshadow only.  The lipstick is one of Drac's skin textures.

Well, better behind his shield than in it...

And better behind the sword than with it through your crotch.

Is there any other armor set out there in the style of pious? I'm wearing the Elven Warden set, and it's nice, but I like the shape and texture of the devout/pious soooooo much better. Unfortunately, I can't possibly rp my Dalish wearing a hug chantry symbol on her chest. If I knew how I'd totally replace that with the Griffons.

edit: ToP  Sgh he looks so royal...
