Dispite the sig I'm not coming in here to troll, but I was just curious about something. I've heard people say they find her voice annoying I just wanted to know if nationality had anything to do with it. I live in Canada's only bilingual province so people with very heavy French accents are pretty run of the mill, and Leliana's accent seems so neutral and mild that I always wonder why some people hate it so much. So If you hate her accent I'd just like to know what country do you come from? And have you ever heard a person speak english but who's mother tongue is french?

I'm not really a big fan of accents in general. Some of them are more annoying than anothers (even accents from just different parts of the country) but there isn't one that I find at all attractive, just various degrees of annoying. That's probably weird but...there you go. "Sexy" accents are completely lost on me which I know is one part of Leliana's appeal.



Also, I haven't seen anyone mention what, to me, is the most off-putting thing about this DLC: It's giving MARJOLAINE more lines. Her voice was easily the worst in the entire game! I have no idea how I'll be expected to play through any scene with her in it...

This, only my mages get the crazier eyeshadow colors, and it is usually red.

and WHITE! I always hated that the lips looked dry. I mean traveling through the desert for a decade DRY. That's why I finally installed dracomie's. I didn't want ohhh shiny I just wanted a healthier appearance...lol. I mean come on, you have 2 mages, and both are herbalists, surely lip balm can be made alongside ice balm, spirit balm, etc etc...lol

Drac's lipsticks are really good.  I suggest picking them up.  Since they're skin textures you can use the slider to remove some of the shine.  Also, you can blend colors by applying lipstick through the lipstick slider.

They kind of look like what usually is called "programmer art" -- if you get an artist to pick colours for the game content, they are generally savvy enough to pick at least slightly subdues colours, because they realize fully saturated tones can look completely garish. A programmer on the other hand will 'naturally' define red colour as 255,0,0  or blue in the same manner etc, and will never see anything wrong with it.

Lipstick mod? Dang. There's just about a mod for anything, isn't there? Might I be having a link for this? I seem to have some issues with my characters lips. Stupid lipstick, I realized THAT was what was bothering me. Haha. I'm so picky. If you have the link, or ANY links to some good awesome skin mods like the lips and stuff. May I please see them? <3

It's in Dragon Age Redsigned, just install the textures if you don't want the rest.  You have to be able to use the Toolset to use his files though.

Well in general sexy accents tend to be mild and follow the same rules as sexy voices, they are low deep voices with careful enunciation and no rapid changes in pitch. In general it depends on the group being targeted, since Dragon Age targets Americans the sexy accents are very, very, very light otherwise Americans wouldn't understand them and they'd ridicule them as opposed to be attracted to them.

As for Marjolaine it's a concern a grave concern, I can't stand the obviously fake "Orlesian" accents in Dragon Age Erlina being the worst followed closely by Marjolaine. God Erlina's voice is the most cruel form of torture ever devised by man, I'd rather have my fingernails pulled out one by one with a pair of pliers than listen to her say "My Queen" one more time. I wanted to kill Anora just to spite Erlina.

I don't even... I won't say what I think about this DLC, since we have Leliana fans in our midst. Though, it doesn't really have to do with the character, more like the idea.

That's adjustable with the toolset sliders.
