What armor is he wearing? I like it. I put him in my game, but sadly I'm missing the Zevran tattoo so it's throwing me off. Though if he had that he'd so be my Zev full time...lol

Just unpack it to the main override directory and it should go to the proper place by itself

I added two skins w/ freckles on them and basic black eyeliner. It's probably the easiest way to be able to use tattoos w/ freckles. Unfortunately there isn't any customization as far as how dark the freckles are.
