July 7th!  Though I've played around with the freestanding PC character creator - is there any way that can work?  lol I want to see the terrible trio go around and slay darkspawn together too!!

I am sure this can be done, I just have no freaking clue how. Though I am downloading and trying out the Elven Leliana mod now though. I am seriously lulzing at our weird little family.

Hmm i imagine you could just make the character's morph either on console or in that stand-alone creator and write down positions for the sliders, then yuki could re-create that in her own game and tweak it from there with the tattoos and whatever else it'd need? Not the most convenient way but at least something...

Before I learned how to use the toolset, I would take screenshots of my character's sliders in the CC along with a screenshot of the preset I used. I had an easier time reconstructing their faces in the toolset when I had access to the preset heads. I'd find the one I used in CC and then look at my sliders and be able to get pretty close to my original face from there. Much easier than starting from scratch with the default head that shows up when you open a new morph.

I don't have the link handy to Bioware's preset heads for toolset, but it would be a good start along with pictures of sliders from the game.

Sandi, jsut a warning. Faces look COMPLETELY different on console than PC. I put all my sliders for Mel in the same spot, and she looked like a totally different person. So I just started over.



Even some of the NPCs look really different. I swear consolde Nate and Anders are different people than PC Nate and Anders

Oh yeah, no worries.  I have the PC stand-alone character creator - whichever option we go with it will be using that.  I think final version Kara will still get tweaked over what I send yuki, but it will be enough to at least resemble her enough to be recognizable, I hope!

I wonder how long most of the darkspawn have lived. 60, 70 years?

Think of how badass it would be. Any fool can walk into an armor shop and buy the spiftiest looking one and pretend to be Lancelot, but to wear darkspawn armor? That says you personally killed the darkspawn yourself and took it off their carcasses. Wynne or Morrigan can purify the smell somehow with lyrium or something. =p
