Are you new to the thread?  I apologize then.  I forget not everybody is a regular.  Sorry.

We have discussed Alistair.  A lot.  And we are always up for more discussion.  But we are up over 1800 pages, so after awhile, we don't have that much more to discuss amongst ourselves.  This leaves us with lots of free time and we're a very, very odd bunch.

Please, ask any questions you wish!  Most of us would be mroe than happy to disuss with you!

Well it doesn't matter to me I just don't care about the sex posts at all but since this is the Alistair thread then it's going to pop up now and again. I usually do just check back later when it's blown over and I don't see what there is to fight about unless you're suggesting I need to start complaining every time someone gets excited that their new female character has tent screenshots, which I kind of doubt.

I really think you're misinterpreting what we're saying. It's not 'no you can't have discussions about Alistair' or 'if you wanted to have a discussion then you should have been here two months ago.' It's more 'this has been a very active thread for two months and everything has been talked about before so do not be surprised if when you click on it you do not land in the middle of a serious discussion.'

How is it arrogant to say that? Of course he's welcome to bring up whatever it was that he was hoping to discuss.

You don't find what Kry said to be arrogant at all?  There's no point to discussing it because all the regulars have already done so?  If that's not what she meant, it came acorss very, very poorly.  And if I were a newcomer to the thread, I would take it to mean exactly that.

I'm not trying to get upset or get anyone upset, but if I were the newcomer, that sort of thing would make me feel very, very unwelcome.

I think that actually was meant as the opposite, (some of) the people who were here from the beginning already got their fill so to speak so they don't feel like participating (too) much anymore   But it doesn't mean anyone who feels like discussing should hold back or anything.
