There's two skin textures w/ freckles up on my project here.  They're not as customizable as the tattoo freckles but this is one of the ways you can use tattoos w/ them. 

That's for toolset, correct?  I am sadly incompetent there.

Yeah, you would have to make a new headmorph in the Toolset.

AListair has Theseus body, hairy from Realistic bodies for NB.  Just pull it from the folder and drop it in and click "replace".  There are several textures/ looks to choose from.  I like the hairy chest

yea but follow the readme directions. you have to drop it in the NB folder in the override.  Off the top of my head I can't tell youi what to drop cause I delete anything I don't use off my PC

You could use DAO-Modmanager and Natural bodies all in one and this way you will have an easier time in customizing the bodies you want to use.

You download NBAIO, and then use the theseus body from realistic look.

You can get the Theseus body with or without hair, and also with or without underwear

These are the realistic look instructions:

INSTALLATION
=========
1. Download first Natural Bodies mod v1.00
by NewByPower (NB_100_core_files):

2.
Go to "My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/packages/core/override. Make a
new folder(any name) and put there the core files. Core files contains
the defaut races models and textures.

3. Replace the core files
with my files: meshes and/or textures.

Its really really easy Addai. Once you do it you will see.  Im helpless wiht PCs, but this was really easy to do.  I don't use NBAIO I use the NB_100_core files and downloaded the Theseus male form separate from Realisitc bodies.  And then just did the install manually. Its just about picking the body ty0pe you want and dropping it directly into the NB follder and clickign "replace" when it prompts you.
The readme that dcomes with Theseus will walk you through it.

I don't have NBaio installed at the moment, but I think you can use the body textures with underwear as well. If that's what you want? Or I got it wrong?

I don't have installed at the moment, but I think you can use the body textures with underwear as well. If that's what you want? Or I got it wrong? 

yea it comes with a leather loincloth/thong thing for men if you want.
