I think the hair cancels out the the lean.    The hair looks good on him though.

To me the various eye and skin texture mods I've seen actually make the characters look less realistic than vanilla.  Not sure why I think so.  There is a gloss to them that looks unnatural to me, so I've avoided most of them.

See, maybe it's just me, but those look awful to me.  Like the fake plastic baby doll eyes.  It might also be b/c my own eyes, when you can actually differeniate the color from black, have a lot of the striations(don't even know if that's the right word).  Most of my family has a lot of those lines in the eyes, so it looks normal to me.  Removing them and going with a more "matte" look seems very odd.  :x

I know there's no pleasing everyone, and that tones of people like the eye mods and more power to 'em.

I wouldn't say awful, but I agree.  I like the greyish eyes in yuki's picture, but not the others I've seen.  And some of the Alistairs I see have this kind of glossy, uniform brown that looks less realistic than vanilla, which seem more textured, I guess.

That's the mod I'm using actually. OMG what it does to Alistair's eyes is droolworthy. They look alive, and REAL and HAZEL.  And it warms up Zev's too. I did get the pupils bigger than I thought and have corrected that, but yeah the lighting in frostback is pretty harsh. I'll have to get inside Orzammar and check it out. Then if needed update it on the project page thatnoonewillbotherwithanyhowbecauseidestroyedzev

Can it be possible that different monitors show them differently?  I would pick out a screenshot where I saw this glossy look I don't like, but I'm afraid I'd offend someone.

See, looking at that, the after ones look...fake.  I mean, they both do.  No eyes are ever going to look real, but the vanilla ones have a "depth" for lack of a better word than modded one, and it has to do with the lines.  The after ones just look flat to me.

Like I said, it probably has more to do with what I am used to seeing in RL, but there it is.

Meh, well the vanilla textures are just weird and ugly to me. So if I'm going fake I'll go for a nice looking fake >.> Lol.

Then again, I give most of my characters weird eye textures but it is my game as it is yours and we can do what we want xD
