Alistair: Oh, all of a sudden Hostile Alistair isn't quite as hot as he used to be. Serves you right for torturing me for your own amusement.
SurelyForth: I'll write a scene where you do nothing but eat cheese and play with toys for, like, an hour!

heheh that line always makes me melt.  Why is Alistair being hostile? What did you do to him? Give him some stinky limburger? and teased his hair?

Me either! The kisses aren't even included like they are supposed to be at the denerim gates. I am trying to remedy that. As far as the dialogue at the archdemon, that is part of ejoslin's fix so Alistair won't refer to himself as king.

Correct. ALL the kiss scenes at the gates were not ever put into the game.

I'm re-writing a fic about the misadventures of Brand Cousland and post-exile Alistair. It's something I started a while ago and (inspired by A Midwinter's Thaw) decided to update to include stuff from Awakening. So he's mad at me for making him a wandering drunkard, handing his country over to Anora and for still being an all-around BAMF. All this while he's been basically living like an RPG character who has been stuck in the just out of the sewers level of Oblivion for five years.

Aww, that screenshot is seriously cute! But he looks a little worn down, poor baby. ;3; *strokes face*

I'm enjoying writing hateful Alistair. Well... I haven't done any writing yet (still plotting stuff), but I like how it's looking in my head. xD One thing I enjoy about fanfiction is how you gain a new perspective on things, putting yourselves in the characters' shoes and all that. It's interesting probing drunk Alistair's mind.

Oh, and I got my online profile updating again yaaaay! Now people will see how much of a life I don't have! 8D

Because I cannot turn down a challenge that involves nudity or the Thane helmet, I attempted to snap a few pics of Ali and Brand engaged in their favorite post-Landsmeet activity: killing Raelnor Hawkwind within sight of the Chantry!

As I was giggling too much at the sight of Alistair going to town in the altogether, I only got one halfway decent shot:



I think the utterly blase expression is the best part.

Alistair: You have no idea. I do this all the time.

The parts I did test with your patch (ZDF included) fired for all the ones I tried beside "I love you". But then again it seems my Alistair King/PC Queen rooftop convo was bugged since I did it like 4 times and only got the two lines I got with my mage.

I didn't restart my game then though and ejoslin said that was a possible fix so I'll give it a try later.

Sorry sent the pm before checking in here. It looks like right now the only way to get a kiss in the crazy line. Now I have no idea why the "king" alistair wouldn't fire off all of the lines. Since I have ejoslin's b2b I will see whats up. I did add the kiss scenes. But if you aren't getting that far then obviously they won't work.
