I think you did an awesome job with him.  Try him in game and see if its closer to the pic? things loook warped to me in the toolset.  (I don't think Alistair looks like Alistair in the toolset)

that looks really close, Axe.  I'd thin the bridge width just a notch cause the nostrils look right and drop the height of the mouth a notch or two but that would be the only tweaks I would do on it.  That looks really good!
