Hey I didn't make it! When I see the words sexy, beautiful, or gorgeous on nexus I am scared to look. That is a good example of why.

Oh good I thought it was just me that insta-blew off any morphs that use descriptive words like that.  Words like softer, younger, older...yes. Prettier, sexier, hotter etc...no.

I was just looking at Lady Jess's hubby morph...  he is sooo cute..
and that link of remake or Morrigan, did it say "sexy"  must have been a typo for "messy"

MorriBrand comes close but at least I TRIED to keep her similar to Morrigan.  I didn't use FranFine hair (used her usual hairstyle and makeup) and I dont' know wtf happened to that morph's face.

Or something! Thats typical of nexus. It's in it's own universe where woman fight with wedgies and it's idea of beautiful and sexy are opposite of ours.

@Zeleen, I am romancing her a bit with my female mage and with my M Cousland. I need to get to know her romance well so I can find bugs easily. I have already found a few, one of which is actually in Sten's dlg. when you see him in the cage and she is in your party.

Ok, for the interested and the invalid, I put up a longish Idun-Alistair story tonight.  It's... kind of mushy.  But also has other things besides mush- magey things, adventure etc.

I had some linguistic help from KoP and Sandtigress, so this was a collaborative effort.  Hehe.

That was a very sweet story Addai67, but I have to admit that the weapons nerd within me cringed in the beginning of the story. No knight ever used pikes or twohanded swords on horse. I'm sorry if I'm knitpicking, I did like the story.

Since I there seem to be quite a few fanfic authors here, And I am a bit of an expert on ancient and medieval warfare and combat, I have a question for you. Would anyone be interested if I put together some words on hos to visualize real sword fighting and weapon use as a source of inspiration for those of you who want to write action, but don't feel confident about doing it?

Oh, Xandurpein, I think I love you. I would love that to bits. I hate writing action - although my husband was a champion fencer in his time (so fencing isn't a problem) unfortunately fencing isn't really a Ferelden thing...

Oh please! Yes!

Maybe you have an idea how classes and specializations could be translated into an actual fighting style?
Is fighting with two swords even possible? What would be the difference between a rogue and a dw warrior?
And do you know anything about armor? I've been doing some research and found out that chainmail is heavier than plate armor. Also I don't know what kind of armor people would wear while traveling if they wore any. Leathers,  I suppose? Would someone carry a shield around all the time?

I have a hard time getting this right as my DA world is supposed to be closer to the real middle ages and ... maybe more ... um, European? Well, that's what I want it to be anyway. (e.g. no running around in plate or chainmail without any reason, no mages available for healing, no miracle literacy)
