I don't because after being in the toolset I pretty much know how to get max approval out of everything, so I have no need. Unless I don't feel like talking to that character, which happens a lot.Sarah1281 wrote...
What about the things that you know the companions want? Leliana tells you she wants blue satin shoes and Wynne talks to Oghren about her love of wine, for instance.

I think you need to raise her approval first, then you can have the talk about the satin shoes. As for Wynne and Oghren... well, you need to have them together in the party, you need to walk into areas that trigger banters, probably several times to get that, so it takes some quite a lot of effort.Sarah1281 wrote...

If you're referring to the top image, then it is something I got using The Winter Forge for both Alistair and the PC. I'm not quite sure, it's from an old char, but that's what I remember.cmessaz wrote...
@laradenton- I have that reskin that you do in that pic, but mine aren't red. Has there been an update I don't know about?
ETA: Probably is something I did with TWF and then I used the reskin?

It's a reskin of the tevinter robes, so maybe just using TWF to make a differently colored tevinter robe will do the trick. Awsome!laradenton wrote...

I thought I saw the same thing. Maybe she posted and deleted? Or the forum had a brain fart, one of the two.

Does anyone have links to what starts Alistair's romance I am trying to romance Zevran with my elf mage (heresy I know) but for some reason I keep starting his romance.
We did have a list at one point. Here are some:
1. Telling him he's handsome
2. Telling him you find the idea of him being a prince thrilling.
3. Telling him that you think you're the lucky one (at the end of the conversation with him when he reveals his parentage).
4. Telling him that you find power sexy (before the Landsmeet when you're talking to him about him becoming king).
5. When you give him his mother's amulet ("Your special to me") or Duncan's shield ("For you? Anything.")
6. When talking about what changes about you as a Grey Warden, if he says something about having lines for you, say "Riiiiiight..." and move the convo along and avoid triggering the romance.
7. During the lamp post talk, when he asks about your opinion on him finding you attractive or being courted, try to say things like "Only that you're prone to empty flattery" or "If it were the right gentleman" to avoid triggering the romance.
8. Telling him you care about him after you see his sister.
Those are all I can think of straight off. I'm sure there's an utterly obvious one I'm missing.

Absolutely! Couldn't agree more that Morrigan does have a point.Giggles_Manically wrote...
IRL I would get along with Alistair but he is a little warpered in some acpects or as Morrigan says: "Is this Alistair, or the Templar talking?".
Also, full agreement here. I'm not sure letting Jowan go is the right choice but the reason is understandable. Congratulations, you created a flawed character.Giggles_Manically wrote...
I agree with him that some stuff is wrong to do like keeping the anvil, but Jowan is my friend so my last mage let him go, pretty much as a get out before you screw up again. I like him but he seems to be not a orthodox grey warden thats for sure.
The last sentence made me smile, not an orthodox Warden indeed.

Also all of my charachters have flaws:
My nobles dwarf and human are revenge focuesd
My Mages hate templars, alistair does a hell of a PR job though.
My Dalish are freaked out by Humans, but come aroound
My Dwarf commenors steal anything not tied down. Duncans speech was awsome:
"I know just try not to get caught next time"

And I can't believe he likes 2 and 4 since, regardless of intention, it sounds like you're more 'I want to hook up with someone with power' than 'I really like you, Alistair.'
Romance starters can be weird sometimes...

Yeah, I think in 6 & 7 she's talking about how not to turn the romance on. For instance, the "if it were the right gentleman" line doesn't turn the romance on. He interprets it as telling him he's not the right gentleman.
As for 2 and 4, he's a guy, and one who's not been around women much. A pretty woman that he can actually have telling him he's hot as rocks --> predictable results.

1. Play a dwarf
2. Ignore him completely...lol
