Well, consider the few things Loghain heard from Alastair, if that would be the only thing to base my opinions on I would have to agree.

Most things he says is along these lines:
AL: "This isn't just about the kingship. I guess I always knew I didn't deserve to be happy. I just...didn't expect you to agree. Especially in front of all of Ferelden."

And he then ran off to become an alcoholic/become executed.

actually it was his smug "I'm right everyone is wrong" way he said it that pissed me off more than the words.  I despise Loghain. There is only one NPC I hate more and thats Howe.  Tim Curry is absolutely awesome in that role.  I doubt any other actor could have pulled it off.

Though after the postings on another thread i will never be able to look at Howe without seeing Dr Frankenfurter in corset and fishnets now...

I know - I saw this a bout 2 months ago. I laughed so hard, tears were streaming down my face. I remember watching it on my iphone at the airport  - people around me thought I was insane because I was laughing so hard.

Btw something offtopish: I've noticed that since a couple of days my "traffic" isn't updating anymore at fanfiction.net. How can I fix that? Anyone here who knows or has the same problem?
