I also found this amusing random shot in my folder.  If you can't see it, that's Fiona 2.0 about to be slammed by an ogre while facing the darkspawn general.  Where is the rest of her crew while she's being pummeled?  Good question!  It looks like Oghren off to the side, but what he's doing there I have no idea.  Edit:  Oh, I think that's Alistair's foot and sword just to the left of screen.  So hopefully he's about to jump to her rescue.

well, it was just a deployment. They usually get at least a year between them. But he's got orders to be a drill sgt. So he'll be home until that school starts in sept-nov. Then he comes back and we move to Georgia, where we have 2 and a half years deployment free thank the maker.

Basically, it appears that no matter what I do, I experience 3 issues: 1) Hand slipping on his upper arms/shoulders. 2) Jacked up knee. 3) Doubled image of that side/back shot. The rest of scene does not have that.

Lady D -- you can get the best shot using tmp's underwear mod for the girl, and a vanilla mesh for Alistair, that's the last image there. Any other types of mesh make the doubling, knee & fingers worse.

Maybe because it sets the scene for a lot which is to come?  Personally I like it because when you go outside Alistair is so upset... It's the first time you really get a sense of his deeper emotions.

The lighting in the Korcari Wilds is awesome on Alistair, too. I think my favorite is one of SurelyForth's? Where he's looking to the side and you can see the marshes behind him and the ruined statue. Gorgeous picture.

That shot is great because he's in profile, but I agree it's also the emotion of the scene.  His "You... you're alive..." is so emotion-filled.

And the honey tones of the Wilds were definitely made for Alistair screenshots.

Most of my problems siding with Bhelen as a DN don't even come from Bhelen's 'I hate you and am pissed that you're alive'-ish dialogue where he can't resist mocking you but from Vartag's dialogue. He's just such an ****!

Steve Valentine's still saying he hasn't heard anything about DA2 (when asked by a fan on Twitter if he'd be back).    It's sweet he put a frowny face after that.  I'm sure getting paid has something to do with it, but he obviously enjoyed voicing the big guy, too.
