In better news, SmaiLika is contemplating opening commissions.  That would be great.  She has far too much Leliana on her page these days and needs something more ogle-worthy!

Plan A was to have my husband buy it and play it while I was away on vacation so it would all be over by the time I got back.  But he's on a Fallout kick, so plan B for whenever he gets around to playing it is to lock the door of the PC room and make him wear headphones so I don't have to hear the dragging of fingernails across a chalkboard. 

You'll come around eventually.  It's just a matter of time. Resistance is futile.

Oh, yay! I'm excited to try this. It's a shame mods are generally so incompatible with each other. Makes it difficult to mix and match mods with different characters.

And occasionally Zevran!  I wouldn't have minded if Gilmore was the cuddlebuddy instead of Dairren, though that would have messed up the whole "man the gates" heroic thing he had going, since Dairren existed only to be arrow fodder.

I actually find Ser Gilmore to be almost unforgivably bland, but I am incredibly impressed at the effort that went into that mod.

Gilmore got me at the end, when he's holding the door shut to buy your family time.  But before that, my HNF never thought to consider him a romantic interest.  But she's rather the straight up and up duty comes first and I'm going to do what my family needs me to do type, so it probably wouldn't cross her mind.  Now, Teagan on the other hand....she was wondering what Eleanor and Bryce were thinking, not introducing them before!

IDK. There was never anything about him that made me say "Man, that Gilmore dude should have been in the game more!" I also don't read fanfic and to me this seems like one big in-game fic. Just not my thing. I can appreciate the effort, though.

Exactly, and he isn't just romance fodder, for my 2nd HNF, he would be but he has the same abilities as any other companion, friend, romance, and...open relationship which noone lse has. It's nice to see a new face in camp, new comments and dialogues.

Yeah, those are my thoughts too.  Well not bacon marshmallow thing... (wtf ?)

I'd be all over a recruit Isabella mod personally.  Though I'd guess her voice would be hard to mimic.
