*note to self: getting angry at girls and abandoning them right before they go into a battle that would most likely result in their deaths as they try to save their homeland and their people which I would not care about, and all that done despite me proclaiming my great love for them, is sexy*.
Hmmm now I only wonder why girls are not like that in real life :P

He only does that if your character inexplicably goes insane.

I hope that's sarcasm.
Sorry, my sarcasm detection skills are not as good as they used to be.

Haha, no, it wasn't you. Hence why it was directed at a certain someone :police:

Avilia, just FYI -- KoP has executed Alistair for leaving the GW. Just saying. =p

Notice the comma before KoP Posted Image

Well I can't help it. The female gender has this gift of always getting me into arguments (hence why I love talking to them) Posted Image

Meh, my PC could be seen as leaving the GW too, technically. More like deserting Ferelden and the army in the middle of a blight.

See, as much as we all like to see angry Alistair, KoP likes his girls to put up a fight, too.

You're right. She likes me executing him and replacing him with Loghain.

That's Anora's reason.
Arcturus (my PC for those who don't know)? Not really. Mostly because he sees Alistair as incapable of challenging him.
He would not have allowed Alistair's execution if he didn't abandon the fight.

There, fixed it for you.

It's only that fleeting bit of angry that is sexy, because we know Alistair would never do anything scary with his anger. It gives him that little bit of good boy danger, and then that angry passion can be channeled into other.. passions.

Really? And what you just stroke through isn't scary?

I don't know, but if I was a girl in that position, I would be like: "Eum....did he ever love me? Now I am scared that I am too naive. I won' ever trust a boy again yaddi yadda".

No, I can totally understand him at that point. Scary to me is hitting, or abuse. And Alistair would never raise a hand in anger... so he's never scary angry. Just sexy angry.

I can think of scarier things than a slap on the face or abuse. Unexpected indifference to whether I live or die, is a hell lot scarier than a predictable slap. A loved one whom love you thought you had, being oblivious to your fate is very scary.

But I digress, ignore the KoP trap, it will only lead to trouble :P

I can think of scarier things, but not scarier things based on a yelling/anger, which is where this started :D To understand why girls think Alistair's angry face is sexy, you have to understand that its because he'd never do anything harmful in his anger, so we can think it's sexy & hot.

I can see your argument.... but I don't see Alistair as being indifferent, or being oblivious, or not caring. So, since I understand him at that moment, what he's doing is not scary.

I don't know, I consider him, in his anger, abandoning me right when I need him most, to be very harmful. Maybe that's just me.

And at that moment, he wouldn't care if you lived or die, hence why he abandons you. He might come to his senses later (so to speak. He becomes drunk which is quite the opposite of coming to one's senses), but the damage would have already been done.

I don't know. Maybe I expect him to understand that my poor Cousland girl is not going to murder a father right in front of his daughter, because she experienced the same thing. An anger blinding him from this, is not really appealing or sexy to my unnamed female Cousland sweetheart.

But realy, we should stop. I am having ten deja vus right now, like I've already said all this a million times Posted Image
