No sweat. Try out the chainmail and splintmail sets. They share the same colors in case you want your PC to match Alistair or just have your party looking better overall.laradenton wrote...
OK, thank you! With all the modded armours, not to mention the Warden Commander set, I have always ignored the ones from that vendor. I don't even remember ever trying them.

Lulz. They look like a comedy duo or something. With weapons, for some reason. It's part of their act, okay?!

The key for me to make playthroughs interesting is the creation of distinct personalities for each character, as well as having a plan for the story and how it ought to progress, resulting in very different playthroughs.
So if you didn't do that, I think this owuld help. If you did, then my advice is practicaly useless, but I can still help you create a character that you normally wouldn't associate yourself with, and try to make it as fun as possible.

This is what I usually do, I cook up a character and then make some background and a personality for them. Then I create the looks that fit that character and I go off playing. Usually works. But somehow I can't get "into" any of my characters at the moment. *sigh* I tried to make a DNF because I never done a dwarven playthrough except for the origins. But its not working either. I should take a break but don't have any good game waiting.KnightofPhoenix wrote...

My daughter wanted me to write her a story so I did and it sucks lol
Anyone feel like reading it and giving me some pointers and ideas of things to add to it.
It is romance but it is written by a mother to her daughter so it is full of moral gooeyness >.>
I don't usually have people read my stuff unless it's ready for submitting but I want to make this a nice one for her.
Anyone got a spare 10 minutes *blush*
(Yes its DA related lol She has a crush on Teagan)

Well there is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.
But I find it interesting almost solely because it features Machiavelli and the Borgias.

Yeah but even that is due somewhere in november. So many months to wait....and its not like DAO a game you will play and replay so much. I never played any game as much as DAO except for MMO's. But I quit playing MMO's because I always play those quite competitive so I end up in a high level raiding guilds that take away ALL of my spare time. Thats just too much, I need to protect myself (and my family membersKnightofPhoenix wrote...

Apart from that I got bored with those too...same old same old grind and raiding (DAOC, EQ, WOW, AOC).
Lol, I'm really in whine mode today. Must be the heat and my age

I recommend not helping Redclife, only for the hilarious dialogue from Morrigan, Sten and Alistair. Make sure Alistair isn't with you at first, switch him back in after leaving the Chantry. Then go back and speak to Bann Teagan.
Also Chat with Murdock, who oddly seems more pleasant.

I'm so playing with Shale the whole way for my CEF (she's going to spare Loghain and marry Alistair to Anora, so she doesn't want Ali in the party for fear of accidental flirtage).
Ron Mahariel is completely enamored of Shale, so she's got a permanent spot in the party this playthrough. It's been awhile since I took her along so much, I forgot how freaking awesome she is all the time, in combat and out.
My, Alistair certainly looks handsome ^ in this pic

Tmp, any reason why Alistair has a problem with his body/head skin ratio? i.e. different lighting or none at all on his body i.e. looks like he's wearing a t-shirt

It looks that particular skin texture given to him doesn't receive the skin tone tint (to receive proper tint the skin texture would need to have its alpha channel set to white) Or the material applied to the model was modified and doesn't apply the tint in the first place. Try to use a different skin texture option and/or model and see if the problem persists?DahliaLynn wrote...
