It happens to me incessantly. Constantly. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.  By the sheer grace of god I was able to play for a couple hours when I first installed it, but then it crapped out and told me to go screw myself unless I just wanted to make sims for eternity. The only thing I can do in the game is make characters. I can't play with them or do anything else >:| >:| >:| >:|

Luckily, I haven't had any problems with it so far.  I don't download any CC, I'm afraid that it will screw up my game.  So I deal with bland Sims.

The issue I was having is that a Sim I uploaded to the exchange was just *poof* gone.  I e-mailing asking why and if I could recover it, and got an e-mail back with instructions on how to make a Sim my avatar on the boards.  After 3 e-mails back and forth saying, "That is not my issue!" and then receiving "We're sorry you are having issues, here are some instructions on how to make a Sim your avatar"  I finally flipped out.

Alistair for top.  (Sort of) I triggered the Isabella encounter when he was still at "interested" and got some of the same lines but he couldn't conceive of joining the PC and the pirate captain.  ZevRon will even if you aren't in a romance with him.  I reloaded since I had no intention of saving that.  Even with Ron's head the idea of Zevran sex turns my stomach.  He's a great BFF but romantically he's a turn off for me.

Mel, I don't have any CC stuff either! I've uninstalled and reinstalled a zillion times, even completely deleted and redownloaded... I've tried every and any solution suggested but it still does it. I am this close to jumping out a window >:|||||

Have you updated all your drivers, etc.?

LOL Grumpy your boy Rufus sounds like a hound dawg! But Roland was getting it from both Morrigan and Leliana at the same time (and lied successfully to Leli the first time she confronted him) so I guess that makes him a playah too!

The DLC is not yet out for the PC, but from what I've read, it has an interesting story.
