It starts with Alistairs arrival and didnt stop till after the joinings, I had to swap gear to stop it. Looked funny though since my PC was walking around like a real noble it seemed.

I have not, but it sounds like it would be flippin' hilarious to see.

I had that bug once in Origins....Wynne walked around the entire sacred ashes quest holding an invisible martini glass.

It was awsome to behold as Doraleous strutted around like he owned the place , Bond style.

Glad it stopped though since it was a little weird after a while.

Its the Orator Vestments. I usually use the spirit version for Alistair, it looks great on him .
