Yes, but instead of roses it was a brand new XBox 360 for my early birthday gift. I will glady take that compensation. :D

I think, my slightly unhinged PC was trying to convince him defiling the ashes would be totally fine. Somewhere during that exchange. Might have been the ' I hope you have some kind of sneaky plan' or whatever the line is there.

That playthrough didn't end well for Alistair.  Posted Image

LOL. On my second playthrough of DAO with my first mage I kinda agreed with Morrigan that the mages behaved like sheeple. All of the sudden Wynne gets all puffed up, insults my BFF Morrigan and attacks us! I still remember sitting before my screen going WTF Posted Image. Ah those were the the days...playing while not being spoilered with metagame knowledge.....

No, my lack of squee is definitely not waiting around for an Alistair clone, the opposite in fact!

I mean, face it. We're not going to see Alistair again.  If we do, it will be in such throwaway capacity and so badly done (hello DSC) that we'll wish we hadn't.  And it won't matter to the story.

So, it was fun while it lasted.  That's my whit of doom and gloom for the day.

His story is done though, there is no reason to see him again. Morrigan's story on the otherhand is not over. In fact, it's just beginning....I hope.
