Of all the things, I always hear Nathaniel's voice saying "Sigrun."  I just love the way he says it.  If I was the painted dwarf, I'd be in that corner of Vigil's Keep (and take the saucy Nevarran novel with me for inspiration).

Nate was pretty wonderful wasn't he? I loved how his voice changed the more he got to know you (he was my lockpicker and I was always selecting him). He went from annoyed to really really sweeet when I selected him.  I think he even said something like my wish was his command one time...made me miss Alistair.

There were definitely times with Nathaniel where I would totally forget where I was, and my PC would try to romance him hardcore.  Of course, forgetting that:
1. My PC is married to Alistair
2. There is no romance in DA:A

That really bothered me too.  I hate the new conversation system...I felt like there was so much that I missed.  It really was a roadblock in my futile attempt at flirting with Nate.

I'm glad you enjoy!  I will take requests for Nakie Barbarian Alistair (or NBA), though I don't have access to all places of course.  And no, he is not picking an orge up.  Just an artistic shot of him flying up at the ogre.

They need to find a balance between old and new. Like I missed a TON of their interactions unless I held tab down the whole way around an area, it would have been better almost to just have the old random cut scenes. And at the keep, I'd have preferred the old way of talking, like we did in camp.

Yep I realize that.  She also does the shade in the Juggernaut Armor room.

As Morrigan would say, I don't share.  Isabela cooties get nowhere near Alistair (or Zevran) in my games.

I'm on xbox...I'm used to everything sparkling that I can click on.  The converstation starters don't sparkle!  I don't have a tab key to help me.  The only way I get it to show is if I happen to face an object, and get the "talk marker" above it.  I can't possibly run up to and face every object in the game!

So, I finally got a fem char high enough to dig deep into the Alistair romance, and I was going through some random dialogue with him last night when OUT OF NOWHERE he grabs my PC and plants one on her!  Like he just... goes for it!

I didn't pick any "(kiss him)" option or anything, he just did it!  Hell, I didn't even have an option!  It caught me totally off guard.  I was like:



Playing a male PC all the kisses were initiated on my end.  And really, I never expected Alistair to take the initiative... on anything!  It was like seeing my little Alistair FINALLY growing up and becoming a man!  So, after I thought about it for a bit, I was like:



Maybe I misjudged him a little... Alistair earned a few respect points in my book.  I have to say playing a femPC gives a very different view of his character.

I totally agree.  I know I missed a lot of dialogue in Awakening because of the new system. 

I missed Sigrun's and Velanna's side quests too.  I didn't know about the weird pick Sigrun up than leave the area to go do her side quest thing.
