I made a video of the "hug Papa Cousland mod."  It's really sweet- maybe the angle could be changed so you see more of Bryce's face?

So my my friend, that I talked into buy DAO, jsut e-mailed me to tell me how much she loves it. She jsut ogt out of Lothering and into Recliffe. I told her nothing of the romances, or anything about any of the story. But she ended her e-mail with "Ok, gotta run, I need to go flirt with Alistair!!"

Wow. . .that was certainly more impressive than my High Dragon kill. I could barely see what was happening in mine because the camera was too close up. Well, you can zoom out, which is what I had to do a bit.  And yes, that's Starfang.  He usually get Duncan's sword, but my CEF Bree kept Duncan's sword/dagger for herself.

Also there was a mod posted a long time ago where if you or Ali take out Archie you get a video clip of one or the other grieving over your body, anyone know what I'm talking about? Awww. I'm glad people like the Bryce hug. This is definitely a work in progress. It is connected to my testers group, I will start a conversation in there for people to post ideas.

Also! I have made a lot of progress with CRS-Leliana. If anyone romances her, I desperately need more testers for this one. If you want join the group dedicated to her mod here.

For the record, credit goes to TMP for the sac scene, I just added it to CRS.

Sorry if this was mentioned before...patch 1.04 is out now and under Awakenings gameplay says "Players may now receive notes of appreciation from former love interests." It means love letters which was cutted off from game? I wonder if they put Alistairs letter too I will be happy if someone finds out what he wrote and put it here.

Oooh! That mod,....yes! You know in my personal headcanon even when you don't make the ultimate sacrifice the sheer force of the blow knocks you back. So my PC is just lying there motionless and Alistair's all OH SHI- and gets all D:? and she's okay. It's cool. A lot of neat mods I miss or that arent on nexus are here. Oh yeah, I'm staying.



Incidentally my lack of sleep is finally making me write again. Finally. I may actually be able to contribute soon. Honestly I've been considering writing a really long essay on Alistair, I tend to do that for fandoms. You should see my manifestos....

D Gaider said recently on the forum that the archdemon's soul passes through the Grey Warden who takes the killing blow even if it then goes on to the god baby.  So even if it doesn't kill them, I imagine the GW has some recovery to do from that final blow and the blast.

It makes me wonder again about the little blurb that Morrigan says if you talk to her after the DR, about "you can spend your life in bitterness but it will only last as long as the child within me."  When I first heard that I did a double-take.  It's very ambiguous, but it made me wonder if she was suggesting a blood magic connection between DuranDuranistair and the Warden.

Essays! Like, yes, with thesis statements. Typically my statements are "why is such and such canon" or something but generally, The Warden can fall in love with Alistair in many ways. I can't just generalize it to my character or yours, it must be specific..to fully write an essay. Otherwise I'd be making some pretty hefty generalizations. But a character analysis is always fun.

edit: You'd be lucky to get much from me right now, I'm afraid. I'm in the process of pulling an all nighter in order to get ready for school. I'm way out of it. I'll sketch you something real quick if you want, just give me a ref xD
