lol Zyanic, you didn't sound rude at all, I knew what you meant. I'm flattered you're interested in reading it - I always find it kind of weird when people want to read what I've written!

After seeing that family tree you posted?
I'd be worried if I wasn't interested in reading it, after that! Posted Image

LOL, I hope that's all right! I was feeling way too lazy to link each chapter individually.

lol I think technically that family tree needs to be updated and made even more complicated but I'm not sure how I would do it...

No, it's much better than linking each chapter!  Way less "click, copy/paste" than I was doing!

Because this page needs more Alistair:

Kara and Ron may have their thing, but her heart is reserved for Alistair still, and has been from the start.  <3

@adneate or whomever:  Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to create a character morph in the toolset?

Just a little PSA, the Morrigan thread got a warning for being off-topic while discussing... Morrigan.  Obviously the moderators are out with their little hammers buffed and ready.

And since that PSA was off-topic, here's an o/t advisory:  Alistair has great abs.

Not per se. There are tutorials on how it works from a technical standpoint, for example how to export a character creator preset file or creating a .mor file but the actual act of making a morph is a personal one since it relies heavily on the desires of the author and an understanding of how the various sliders interact to create certain facial shapes.

The simple "Getting Started Tutorial" would be BioWare's DA Builder Wiki page on Morphs

http://social.biowar...index.php/Morph

It covers the technical side of the toolset character creator, as for the aesthetical portion I'd recommend starting out trying to re-create some character you've already done in the character creator and asking question in the Character Creator forums.

EEK!
To the escape pods!
He really does have great abs, however this effect is ruined slightly when you realise that Jory, who, for whatever pros or cons he may have is simply not as hot as Alistair, also has great abs. As do all the male characters should you take their clothes off I suspect. Well maybe not Lloyd, but fortunately I don't think declothing him is an option.

here is an example of Alistair's abs.  I am remaining on topic.  ( although in fairness I think the title of this thread might be vague enough to cover a lot of possibilities.)

I suspect what Mr. Woo was warning about was the DA2 discussion, which I am sure they would like to sequester to the DA2 forum, even if it was relative to Morrigan. My suspicions, anyways.

It's all about what you do with the material, though.  And it's so obvious that Alistair can work the washboard better than any of those losers.

He, he... with mods? Vanilla?

I love roses IRL too, so my favourite has to be the rose scene. It's a shame we can't keep the rose through Awakening as well, it would have been a nice feature.

And a kiss:

Even if the models and the textures are the same... they don't look so, Alistair looks better. :P

The problem being that you can't have an intelligent discussion of the new game in the DA2 forums.

Edit:  Er... Alistair has nice buns.

Being on-topic is kind of fun.  :wizard:

Everything is now a rehash from week 1, there's no way to get deep stuff from that forum right now. I don't like what was said in the Morrigan thread but I doubt there's much in DA2 about Alistair sans maybe a mention so maybe we don't have to worry?

What was said?

If Alistair is king, then we will probably hear about it, but I don't expect more. I would like more though...

They were completely on topic and got told to stay OT. The dwarf thread was closed, but I don't know if it got a warning or not.

Honestly I wanted to tie up the warden's story but you know, I'm just going to write it and if it gets ret conned I get to write more so it's fine.

Does anyone know where Duncan's lines are in the toolset?  I'm trying to find the dialogue where a female mage can try to lure the old man into the sack.  A girl can dream.

And Alistair has nice... toes.  I'm sure they're nice.  As long as he's washed them recently.

By the sound of the state of his socks... I'm not sure if it would matter if they had been, or not :?

Sarah, Oki, sorry I didn't get to see when you guys finished your fics, I was sleeping lol I'll go ahead and gush and if neither of you are on, I'll reiterate this later.

Sarah, I think you captured Arden perfectly and I love the interaction between the women. The light hearted ending of their relationship was somehow very very sad, which it should be.

Oki, I loved reading about their relationship from the ground up and you captured Anora fantastically. I wasn't surprised at how Anora handled the relationship, and that made things much more bittersweet, especially when she ended things in the same breath that she admitted she loved Arden.
