If Eamon has any influence on hardened Alistair, I think he would try to convince him to execute her.
Eamon's not bloodthirsty. He seeks help to find "the merciful path" for Jowan, for instance.
Once the Blight is defeated, that pretty much secures the throne of whomever is chosen ruler. If Anora swears fealty after that point, I think even a hardened Alistair would allow her to live out her days somewhere quietly. If she doesn't swear fealty, different story, and then I think not only would he execute her, he should, since the only reason for her not to swear fealty at that point is that she intends to promote treason.
Yes, I would agree with this. If Anora agreed to swear fealty, Alistair would probably let her live out her days, maybe under guard, peacefully, and Eamon would probably agree - if he thought she was telling the truth. In my head, Alistair even lets her stay as Teyrna of Gwaren. She didn't do anything treasonous to deserve being removed from her hereditary seat....yet, anyways.
But if Anora was going to be problematic, I see Eamon pushing for her execution. Alistair may or may not go through with it, if he could come up with a better solution. I think he would try to, very hard. If he had to execute her, it would be reluctantly, though that might change as he stays longer on the throne. He is a Grey Warden, after all - I can see him learning to harden himself more to the options that need doing, even if he finds them distasteful.
