During the rose conversation if you tell him he's wily.

That's a really lousy strategy. Clearly he should have been paying more attention when Loghain was trying to give him a better one.shedevil3001 wrote...

Does he say anything besides "Nefarious even"? I confess I've never actually heard the line myself.

Well technically the strategy there was Loghain's. If only they had waited for more reinforcements before carrying it out. Cailan just got impatient and Loghain got paranoid and well...it ended in tears.

I meant, if Cailan's strategy was 'stand with men until Loghain betrays me' then that would be a godawful strategy.shedevil3001 wrote...

Ha, well I figure it was a front, plus a habit of his to be the charming roguish type. He was obviously a strategist. If he wasn't, Loghain would not have risked the entire country to prevent him from cementing relations with Orlais.cmessaz wrote...

But Loghain didn't know about that (he seems quite shocked when he finds the letter in RtO) and him plotting alliances doesn't necessarily mean it would be in Ferelden's best interest so who is to say he was a good strategist?Addai67 wrote...

I've mostly been playing Awakening when I do play, and only bits of Origins (I ran an Amell and a Brosca through their origins). I'll try to get some new shots tonight in time for RDT.
