You would think that Marjolaine and Isolde could get their hands on some decent Orlesian dresses, but they both wear the worst dress in the game!

Err, after I write more fanfiction of course...

I've managed to successfully avoid writing by... playing with the toolset, creating a new elf, getting a twitter acount, hanging about on the forums, attempting to have some sort of  *gasp* social life ( I don't know what I was thinking), and generally staring blankly at word screaming  'WHY????? WHY DID I START THIS??' and being desperate to read SurelyForth's fic.

I haven't looked at the toolset since my first forays.  It's like crossing the Sahara desert.  Like trekking into the deepest darkest jungles of Africa.  I have to be in a completely masochistic, caution-to-the-wind mood and then maybe I'll open it up again.

I'm running a new char through Ostagar and when Cailan tells me to go off to the tower I chose the option "If its not dangerous I can do it myself." He's very insistent on Alistair going as well.

Wow. The horror.... As soon as I read that, I dragged my story folder onto a zip drive. I'm at 80,000 words, and if I lost the whole thing, I think I'd explode. Thanks for the reminder of what can happen--and sorry it happened to you.

Well, I think so, yes... You'll find there are many opinions on that, though.

That's my take, as well.  It may just be a soft spot.  Alistair doesn't mean much to him, by all accounts, but he's still family.
