Don't sweat it. In-game models rarely look like concept arts. None of the characters from the DAO wallpapers even look like the characters in-game. (They have long hair and beards that don't exist in the CC.)

Exactly, Gilsa. To be honest the DA:O concept art leaves me way colder than any of the concept art released for DA2.
