Unless I can read the original French article and translate it myself, I am going to trust the lady that speaks both French and English.

EDIT: either what she said is right, or what the French mag said is wrong, or the dev was wrong.

I already read it. I doubt that the translation was wrong.
So either the French mag didnt' get it right, or the dev is either: a- giving a weak excuse for a unjustifiable omission.
b- doesn't know what he is talking about.

TMP's talking about the lod_1 lod_2 and lod_3 textures and meshes that Origins used to cut down on memory usage when characters and objects got a certain distance from the player. That's what threw me as well since the I don't even think the lod_2 textures and meshes kick in when you go to aerial view so if it was an excuse it didn't make sense from a technical standpoint. That being said they could still use it as an excuse, most people won't know about that so to them it's reasonable.

Basically semantics or whatever, what he mentioned was the question of whether or not they were referring only to console version/toolset connection or the entire game all versions included.

Until I hear something directly from bioware in english, I wont make any speculations. I refuse to get needlessly depressed only to be surprised later because something wasn't clear.
