Dwarf thread got a warning, too. I just wish that's the moderator the original dwarf thread got because he/she is actually taking the trouble to investigate and do some cleaning up rather than just hitting the lock button with a snarky one-liner that leaves people wondering what happened. (Yes, I'm still bitter. BITTER LIKE COFFEE.)

Edit: Just took down any dwarf pictures that did not have Alistair already in it. BECAUSE IT WON'T BE MY FAULT, DAMMIT. =p

I've only ever done that once with a dwarf female rogue and i hated every moment of it. Call me a big softie.

Posting pictures with no opinions is considered spam and taking a thread off topic is derailment. (Like what happened with the Morrigan thread talking about DA2 for weeks.)

I think I'll stick with my belief that posting pics of Alistair indicates my opinion that he is ridiculously awesome.

And I was going to say "I want Aden's head." butthen I realized how very innapropriate that was.  And also, creepy, like the lady in Return to Oz who had all the heads.

I still want Aden's head.


That's Alistair's opionion of that idea, but I think I can talk him around to it.

Im curious how long did it take you to make him look that good?
I so suck at character creation no matter how long I take lol
All my characters are pre-sets with small changes like the hair and eye shape.

I have never done the sacrifice ending where Ali dies - is it automatic if you romance him?
And also there is the "Order Ali to sacrifice himself" achievement - I havent done that either - does that
mean you can't have romanced him through the game to get that option?

All the unlocked achievements I have left are the painful ones

The Warden-Commander ending where Alistair dies is the achievement where you "order" him to kill himself.  It's not quite correct.  You don't order so much as he volunteers.  If Alistair dies, it unlocks the achievement.  It is automatic if you romance him and he remains in love.  There are mods which allow you to knock him out and take the final blow.

If you're going to do the WC ending, I suggest getting tmp7704's Mild Romance Scenes mod.  It has a small cutscene which will play during that ending and it's heartbreaking beautiful.

Did we get a banhammer warning or just the Morrigan thread?  They're not happy-cheerful enough about DA2, so the hammer's coming down hard over there.

I <3Hawke!  Woohooo, Hawke!  HE RULES THE KIRKWALL.

Anyway, I uploaded a little story tonight re Alistair and my Dalish mage PC.  It's mushy, if you like that sort of thing.  I have about three more to go to finish Idun's cycle and then I believe I'm done with that thing called DA fanfiction.

I know what you mean
I'm not sure I am going to be able to do it - even with a male character.
It was hard enough saving Loghain the first time (Im over that now that I have played the game through atleast 10 times).
I cry at movies, when I read books and cried at the US ending...
I'm sure this is going to be a tear filled run.
