What did you do to Anders to make him so disinterested? Now I wish I had access to my screenshots at work, I have a picture of Nate and Anders giving my PC simultaneous smouldering stares. Anders wins though, because he was talking to Justice about desire at the time (and Nate had on one of those goofy leather helmets).
Oh Axekix, you're here. I was going to ask you about what you said upthread about how Alistair comes off differently when playing a femWarden vs. a male PC. Can you elaborate? I've only played the one male PC, and since he was something like my 10th character or something, it's sort of hard to come at Alistair's character fresh. I'm wondering how he's perceived as a male PC. I've read here in the forums plenty of "what a wimp" and "we had a bromance" comments, but no detail.Axekix wrote...

Cousland married to Alistair, completely devoted, completely in love, et cetera, et cetera. But during the time of Awakening, she's away from Alistair for a very long time. Nathaniel is her constant companion...and with that voice and broodiness, how could Cousland not have thoughts? I'm not saying she'd actually do anything, but the sexual tension has to exist, no? Especially since their relationship starts with a lot of animosity....that enregy needs to be directed somewhere!
That scenario was running through my head the entire time I was playing Awakening. I think it would make for a fantastic story. Am I alone here?
I understand. I do think it looks nice on my HNF. Somehow it doesn't suit DEF as well, not sure why. I hate the Spartacus light armors in the game, so I guess I'm easy to please. No no no no....she would not do that to Alistair! Except maybe there was that one time, but it was an accident ("Oh! I fell over!"), and a mistake and she's devastated over her foolishness. It only creates more tension!!

Going into my female playthrough, I never expected him to just up and grab my PC like he did. Playing a female you get to see his more "aggressive" side I guess? On my male games, since he never gets any action (lol) I'd never really seen him come out of his shell.

I seriously get all anxious thinking about the possibilites. Theirs is not the sweet romance we find with Alistair. That's not to say it isn't real, but is definitely precluded by lots of hate sex....lol.
I know there are talented writers here...get on it!!

I must say, I was completely surprised when the PC says (on being asked if she might ever return his feelings) "I don't know. It's too soon to tell" and Alistair kisses her, asking "Well, is it too soon for that?" (paraphrase) Why, Alistair! How extremely bold of you! I know some very smooth and confident guys who wouldn't dare try such a move in the face of such diffidence.
