Actually, I would never seriously play the game out like that (I was just doing some comparative research on the facial expressions of the PC/Alistair/Loghain).

Tommy Lee Jones. I think that particular scene is from Men in Black 2 but I am not sure.

Don't think its Men in Black 2.  He looks like a sheriff or deputy (Is that a star behind the newspaper?) in MIB2 he was a postal worker.
