This face could peal the panties off a Qunari.

I now have a disturbing image in my head of Sten in a pair of frilly panties.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who had that image pop in my head. Now to go find some brain bleach. :pinched:

I'm the same way.
I was fully fully intent on killing her until Alistair rides on in and... well, I guessed we'd have to go there anyways. <_<
Sten with cookies was worth it.

Ahh...well darn, that one isn't compatible with the allinone tent scene thingy....And I really like my tent scenes

It isn't??  Darn it, I'm breaking my Zevran mushy stuff with my Alistair mushy stuff.

Edit for top of page- with all this talk about Ali and the elven PC, I'll put this up again.  Anora, eat your heart out.

Awww! And yeah, I'm using the combined romance mod and it's not compatible with DT. And I love TMP's tent scenes, and multiple choices too much to break it...lol too bad there's not just a simple "Kiss Zev" mod.

Hah!

I've never actually taken that route in any of my games. Even the one I'm romancing him in!

I actually like the fact his reaction in camp is so strong tbh.

Most of my characters end up being goody two shoes despite on how I intend to RP them at the beginning so I end up going to the Circle anyway :pinched: I've killed Isolde once and Connor once just to see the reaction though.

I didn't like it in early playthroughs (Ali's mad at me! :crying:), but do now...seeing him stand up for what he believes.

It does still make me mad that he gets so pissy if you choose to kill Connor though, when he frickin' suggested it in the first place!

I was playing my mage as a total goody-goody, but from my RP perspective leaving Isolde/Teagan with demon Connor for at least 2-3 days isn't much of an option. :?

I kinda wish Bioware had made there be consequences for abandoning them to go to the tower... it would make more sense anyway.

But Alistair yelling at me doesn't bother me anyway, it's more like the icing on hte cake!  IMO it's awesome to see him show some backbone!

Yup, that's the main reasons I killed Connor that one time. I did the Circle the first time and my file corrupted. I didn't want to do the damn Fade again. I didn't even know I could kill Connor at that point so I went with Alistair's suggestion. I wanted to slap the crap out of him for getting pissy at me in camp afterward <_< I'd have never even thought of it if he hadn't said anything...

If your cunning is high enough you get the option to say "Oh, so this is about YOU and HIM and not about me at all right?"

That one shuts him up...lol I wield guilt well too.

I've come around to see killing Isolde as a viable "good" play option.  Putting everyone, including the innocent villagers, at further risk from the demon so that you don't have to make a terrible decision is the easy thing to do, but not the good one.

I think Alistair's reaction is largely an emotional one.  You even get an option- with high Cunning, I believe- to call him on this fact.  Something like "So this is about you and him (Eamon), and not me?"  He is insecure about what Eamon thinks of him.  Eamon himself is more reasonable than Alistair here, telling you that you did what you had to do and that it could have been worse otherwise.  Of course, you can also talk Alistair down a bit with a Persuade.  You still get an approval hit, but he apologizes and tells you that he's just saddened by all the death.

True, but a bit less. I think I got -9 instead of -12

That's true. I usually end up being all "SPARE/SAVE EVERYONE I AM NOT FORCED TO KILL DAMN IT ALL" until it all falls apart when I shoot Loghain in the butt with an arrow.

I happened to bring The Calling with me to work today and skimmed over some of the Fiona-Maric stuff on my lunch break.  It's very Posted Image and reminiscent of my current playthrough, though I don't think Fiona saw it as a serious thing, more like a momentary comfort.  Maybe I'm wrong about that.  But anyway, the Theirin apple definitely didn't fall far from the tree with Alistair.  He's a lot like good old dad.

Durrr. Started on my CEF that I was gonna save for Zevran... ended up choosing a convo option that put Alistair at Interested and can't bring myself to tell him to back off :[ That's it, I'm making a male elf so I'm not tempted. Dammit xD
