I just love Alistair's timing for certain conversations, down in the werewolf lair and us covered in blood and gore is not the time especially since it's the first kiss scene lmao.

Much like his tent invitation he probably figured the risk of death is skyrocketing so it's better not to wait for that perfect time Posted Image

I'll always cherish the rose I received in the middle of the Provings. *sniff* Nothing like some friendly bloodsport to put a lady in the mood for love.

Maric would be over 50 at this point, people didn't live as long back then.  I suppose it's always possible he might show up but David Gaider did say that Maric is dead in one of the threads.  Something along the lines of sometimes people just die and it's less than glamorous.

If your cunning is high enough you get the option to say "Oh, so this is about YOU and HIM and not about me at all right?"

That one shuts him up...lol I wield guilt well too.

He still disapproves though. <_<

Yea but then you can give him his mom's locket and no more unhappy Al.  I still get the giggles thinking of that
BLAH BLAH BLAH Isolde/Connor blah blah...OOOOOH shiny!

I wish I could resolve arguments and make people love me by giving them toys I find in giant piles of poop.

Random, but in the toolset there's references to a promise Alistair makes. I may be having a major brainfart but what is that all about?

He'd be around Eamon's age and Eamon is still in shape to run around with a two-hander and produce another demon child with his wife if you leave her alive... 50 isn't exactly ancient as long as one manages to avoid accidents. Of course, "death in storm during sea trip" can well count as such.

Eamon is about 5 yrs younger than Maric so, he'd be about 45.  IIRC Teagan is 11 yrs younger than Maric so, he'd be around 39.  In TC it mentions Eamons and Teagan's ages at the start and I think Eamon was 15 and Teagan 9.

I rather got the impression from the game that life expectancy was longer than what we would expect a real medieval life expectancy to be. Bryce, Loghain, and Howe would be about Maric's age and they're far from decrepit.

I still think we're gonna get in trouble for caboodling our fellow warden and/or throning him. Maybe not Maric, But Mama bear Fiona never wanted that boy in the court, and Duncan would surely NOT approve of the extra curriculars...lol And we didn't technically see him die either.  In my head...

Duncan shows up wounded at Weisshaupt, fiona heals him. They hear about the Arch demon dying, both wardens living, AND ruling Ferelden/ having a romance with the king/warden.

Fiona: Oh HELL no!
Duncan: Sigh

Hey, they can't get too mad. A couple of noobs left to their own devices to end a Blight.... I think we did pretty well considering :P

And Loghain's age or thereabouts.

Ah, I figure Duncan saw the writing on the wall when he recruited a female Warden.  I mean, he's not stupid, and he had his own flings.

As for the rest, the PC and Alistair were left alone to defeat a Blight and end a civil war.  Frankly, if anyone's got jack to say about how they did that or what they did afterward, my Warden doesn't wanna hear it.

I do imagine Duncan giving that little heaving sigh when he sees all these NBA shots, though.  :wizard:

Yes! That's the sigh I was thinking of, in my fanfic (which I've been avoiding because I have to do a darned fade sequence) Duncan will have already seen the beginnings at Ostagar, and thats why he sighed during the whole Dress wearing exchange...lol

Seriously. If they have trouble with how we do things they're more than welcome to come and do things their way. I'll take everything else, they deal with Orzammar/Deep Roads

So at this point do people write fanfiction more than actually play the game? And am I the only one who doesn't write any? Just curious.

The Wardens don't have a rule against Wardens coupling up.  Genevieve was engaged to a fellow Warden named Guy while she was Commander of the Grey.  Also in TC Nicolas and Julien were Wardens and lovers.

As longas the PC and Alistair feign ignorance to the situation and the Archdemon doesn't rise up again there isn't much that the Wardens can do.  The Commander of the Grey in Weisshaupt could order them back but as King/Queen of Ferelden they could simply say no.  Also, in TC Nicolas and Julien had been talking about leaving the Wardens to spend the remainder of their years together.  It's obviously not imposible to simply say "we quit".

There's a good chance Fiona is still alive and at Weisshaupt.  Since the mages of Weisshaupt speculated that Fiona would suffer no second Calling.  I really don't know how I feel about if she would or wouldn't tell Alistair about his true parentage.  I think if she saw that he was happy and married that she may remain quiet.

I don't think Duncan is still alive.  His beard lived on though to narrate the ending.

I don't write fic. I find it difficult enough to RP and stick to what I planned. I'm not big on fic in general though, that may just be me.

I don't write it, but I don't play the game as much as I did at one point.

I'm replaying through DA:O now so, I can import the Warden to replay Awakening.  I just can't get into the Orlaisian Warden.

I have a lot of idea for fan fics but I'm not an adept writer.  I just bought a new sketch pad though so, I might draw up some comics in time.

Right.  It's not a templar order.  I mean, I'm sure that's what Alistair is thinking when he implies he'd like to see more women in the GWs.
Happy to comply, big A.

Top of the page and Alistair is wishing for a Natural Bodies mod.  Damn bra!
