Yeah, my first mage was helpless against his charms. My next mage was a little harder to break (I think it was his obvious discomfort with the tactics the Chantry use to keep the templars in line that softened her).

I miss the "drooling lecher" line as I always go the "maybe we're too smart for you" route, because I am an incurable smartass.

Srsly!  I don't think I've ever had an Ostagar discussion with Alistair where his heart was so much on his sleeve.  The templar-mage thing really brings it out.

It's one of the reasons mages are my favorite playthrough (though I'm playing a nasty one at the moment). My first one fell hardest. The first and only templar that she didn't either want to electrocute on sight or lock up sharp objects from. They run around pwning mages together (mana clash and holy smite). A match made in heaven.

One of my favorite lines in that convo is if you choose the line "ahhh, corny sentiment" and he responds with something like "well, was it the right one? What do I do, write you a note, pull your hair?"



One of those uber AWWWWWW moments.

Aww, indeed.    And I had also thought of making this one an anti-mage specialist.  Just trying to do something different than my previous mage, who was a fireball chucker / virulent bomb exploder / blood boiler kind of girl.  But you've further inspired me!

On that previous mage, I somehow missed all this dialogue completely.  She was destined for Zevran, however, so it worked out.

Installed the Improved Atmosphere mod yesterday, interesting how the pre-'first time' kiss changes based on that.... not sure why, I don't really notice any discernible differences in camp.



I mean, I was conducting a scientific experiment and such were the conclusions I drew from my observation :x

Well he did agree that Anora would rules as before, and he would do army crap. In a way it makes sense he'd help rebuild with you. At least thats the agreement they made when my CEF hooked them up, i just didn't romance him.

If he's hardened, he is a much more active king. He very well could run off to help the PC warden, but it seems a bit strange, considering.

Solo King it is, and Chancellor...cuz dammit Wynne gets to tay at court and I don't trust her after those RtO comments...lol

She was giving Alistair a taste of his own medicine, i don't believe she mean't any of it.

Well the woman did have a child out of wedlock, for all her righteous preaching about th PC and Alistair having an affair. Maybe she was joking...but my elf doesn't trust her. Or the circle in general after her little incident.

Yeah, the ligjhter eyes is weird. Makes them too close to Morrigan's yellow/golden eyes. Which makes it seem more and more like they could be half sibblings. Which means a ****load of my playthroughs suddenly have banjos playing in the background.

You should see your companions sitting or laying down in camp w/ IA installed. 

Yeah, the eyes are a bit light but personally I find the IA head more fitting.  Alistair is only suppose to be 21 in Origins and his default face looks much older.

I wonder about that situation.  She makes a comment in RtO to Ali about it wouldn't be the first time she found a younger man in her bed.  Plus she gets really upset if the FemWarden seduces Cammen.  Makes me think the one who got her preggers might be a forbidden affair (like an Apprentice)?  She could be thinking of her own fubared up situation and projecting her worries on to the warden.  Not that I want her poking her nose in my business BUT its something to consider maybe?

Thanks for the help and encouragement with IA last night. I tried again this morning when my head was less boggled and it is actually working now.  Mostly have seen stats better on gear (some change in appearances of gear) and some new gear being dropped by mobs.  I have a complete templar set now (though Ali is wearing the WC armor which ALSO has better stats too).  And the changes in the companions in the camp are showing up now.  

Still no livestock in camp but I saw a ram outside Orzammar and the NPCs seem to have clothing more appropriate to their station/livelihood.

Cmessaz and you have been a godsend. My game is totally brand new to me again!

I have him with this stubble and brown eyes. I just found out that the file was from the head morph package of improved atmosphere.



Morrigan and Zevran are very good, too. Only slightly tweaked.

Certainly! It just depends on who I'm playing at the time. My HNF looks on her as a Mom, but my mage will see her differently, because she may know of the gossip surrounding Wynne at the tower about this child, only to have it confirmed in banter. Then the comments at RtO, Wynne's devotion to the Circle, and to Irving...who she feels was unfair to Jowan by agreesing to let him become tranquil. Mind you she's ticked at Jowan too, but Irving showed no sympathy for her.
