Whhhhyyyyyy are all the mage robes so horrible. Does anyone know if such a thing as a white set of robes exist that isn't a piece of string and a dot of cloth on each nipple?

Old post, I know, but I'm catching up.

At this point, since I've sunk more than 600 hours into DA, I have a long while to go before they even out.  That being said, my brain is constantly turning over story lines, and not just for DA.  It's just something I have always done; rewriting endings to books/movies/game, creating new alternate universes, creating characters, etc....  I spend far less time actually writing, since I try to work most things out in my head first.

That being said, if people do spend more time writing ff, more power to them.  It's a form of creativity and mental stimulation, and can be far more involving if you have a little bit of talent.  On the other hand, there are some people who should clearly write much less.  XD

Yeah, my friends and I went hiking up in Maine.  Weather was pretty nice and there were some gorgeous views.  Also, no internets, so I was in withdrawal.  :x

Maine!? Now I'm REALLY jealous!! Me and the hubby keep tlaking about taking a trip up to Bar Harbor. I haven't been there in years and I lurve it!



You know who else likes Maine? Alistair. He told me so.

We were in Bar Harbor!  We went to Acadia National park b/c admission was free this week.  I really advise going.  If you go early in the season (like now), there are fantastic rates on rooms and not very many tourists.  It was lovely.

And I know Alistair loves Maine.  Just like he loves all of New England (except for New Yorkachusetts) and the Patriots.

The Wardens are a nonchalant bunch, I've noticed. I guess, when you drop a hundred or so darkspawn a day, it becomes too much to expect excitement from yet another awesome kill.

I like Sten's challenging the PC in Haven. Either you tell him to get in line or you kick his ass and gets back in line himself; either way you can gain approval and maybe show off a bit.

because he knows that Sten stands no chance in hell against your petite elf, regardless of his size. And perhaps, even finds the idea of his lady love kicking the ass of a big broody giant somewhat arousing...

Oh, dude. I'm from NYC and live a 5-10 minute drive away from Yankee stadium. I hate the Yankees and how you're shunned from life if you don't worship them. I don't even follow sports, wtf. Manhattan is clearly the superior borough anyway, so until they're called the ~Manhattan~ Bombers I don't care .

Lol, really? I've never heard anyone refer to Connecticut as that xD Durr.

It's especially ironic as this is the one place in the game where you can wipe out EVERYBODY so that's hardly running from battle.
