Syl if you have ZDF the bug should be gone with Goldanna after the landsmeet. In theory....

If anyone wants new presets, if you can email me your .mrp files from the toolset and your .xml from the override folder I can get you some.

Why do all of your PCs look so beautiful? I love Brand's look and Amell looks like she's her secret sister.
I'm so envious. What preset do you use to begin with? Or do you create them via toolset?

I think I always use the last pre-set, which is why my humans come out so similar (my obsession with Morrigan hair and longer faces and noses play into it, as well). Thank you, though!

They are so pretty, I'm trying to make a Brand sister now. She's really cute. I hope you don't mind. :D

I hate the hair in the sex scenes. I think that is what bothers me the most. Just not natural. Expecially the long bangs in some of the hair mods.

The fact that it doesn't move? Who knows what kind of strange and archaic hair products they use! Like...oh, 80s AquaNet maybe!

LOL  I both like and hate that moment in the origin.  Like, because any time you see facial expression on your PC it's a banner moment.  Hate, because that is often the moment I decide something went wrong in character creation and I have to backtrack.

Not as bad as if you've already done half the origin and decide that, though.  I don't think there's any origin story where I Esc with such verve.

That cutscene does weird things to your face, though. There's a lot of thoughtful scrunching going on.

This is why I can't use the long hair on any of my characters. It doesn't freaking move. Just weird, I wish I had some mad hair products like that maybe my hair would cooperate more.

Yes, love makes you blind but I can't watch them. She looks like she's in pain and her eyes look really weird. <_<

Really?  I think my HNF looks great in tmp's scene.  I mean, compared to other shots of her.  Those are now some of my favorite screenies of her game.

I
And run with a DW trio plus Dog. I've never used Dog before.

Dog is great, esp once he gets Overwhelm.  Dread Howl is nice, too, for the group stun.  Running a ranger pet with both of those, plus Dog, is almost too easy.

Hey SurelyForth:  On the mage origin now, don't you just want to find the corner that Anders is hiding in?  Or maybe he's out on one of his escapes while you're there.

Go for it! I'll just stand over here feeling flattered and stuff.

Picture: I love Alistair's profile, even without the Helmet. I also love Oghren and the Flaming Nug Crusher:

Oh my word, yes. In the story I'm writing, I decided that he was laying low during this time period- he wanted to go to Ostagar and Irving shot him down (for obvious reasons) so he's waiting for a really big distraction before he tries anything that might gain him notice (such as flirting with the comely young lady who just passed her Harrowing).

In Awakening, he'll say he remembers the mage PC from the Circle. I wish I could grab him and be like "Then why weren't we having quick trysts in the corner? The only men who paid me any mind were Irving, Jowan and that creepy templar who sounds just like you!"

I finally made a mage to play once I'm done w/ my HNF. Shockingly enough, I'm actually pretty happy with the way she looks. I think I'm going to do the whole mistress route w/ her. I can't bring myself to romance Zev he creeps me out. I was thinking about Leliana but the whole I want to dress you up and steal your eyelashes thing creeps me out too.

My HNF was made with that preset, too.  I think of it as Alfstanna face.  And with her hair, my HNF was like an Alfstanna cousin.  Who knows, maybe she is.

LOL

The only time I think Cullen sounds like Anders and vice versa is when they're upset/angry.  Cullen's "ah but what can I do" and Anders' "murderer?!"

Those robes always remind me of bondage...

Zevran, "I have a question if I may?"
PC, *smirks*
Zevran, "...erm?"
PC, "I'm sorry but I just can't take you seriously in that outfit."

Heh, you mean the Chasind robe?  It's sexy!  Alistair's been wearing it on occasion, too.

Swooping is bad!

Throw up that screen of Anders in it again, SurelyForth.  The horns make a difference, of course, but especially compared to some of the light armors, it's got style.

BTW, having Natural Bodies installed gives taking NBA shots a whole new... er, feel.   I have to get used to it so I can stop blushing.

Anders and Alistair both rock it like nobody's business.

The NBA thing is quite shocking with the Natural Bodies going on. I feel like I should have my PC running interference a lot, just in case.

ETA: Sadface! He's clearly thinking, "But she's the one who wanted me to tell you about Morrigan and her mother. Why don't you lecture her?"

Aw, I guess he takes criticism from Duncan hard.

I see you've got the IA running?  I think I like the original best anyway, but my husband is eventually going to put his foot down on all the mods.  He gets nervous about such things.  Told me I messed up Oghren because he's only giving +5 for booze now in Awakening.

No, I just tried out the Ali face morph, but decided it wasn't my thing.

Your husband sounds like my boyfriend when we use to play Fallout 3 on the same computer. I came home once and he was annoyed because suddenly he had plenty of ammo for the Lincoln Repeater due to a mod and it "wasn't special anymore." He then he swore he couldn't find other ammo because of it (a patently false claim, BTW). Men.

The Oghren booze thing isn't because of a mod, though. For some reason, Awakening rejects your Origins approval with him, but takes into account the fact that you've already give him gifts. It's a vanilla bug.

That's not your fault, that's a known bug they've yet to fix.  If he gave any gifts to Oghren in Origins the diminishing returns carry over into Awakening.  I'm assuming your husband imported a Warden?

God, that pissed me off so much. I thought we were buds :( I pretty much spent all of Awakening spamming him with gifts but I couldn't get his approbal up until the end because we can't f*cking talk to our companions. Yet I gave one gift to Velanna, Sigrun and Justice and their approval shot to 100. Whoever thought of this should be smacked, especially if you're gonna keep the approval point system.<_<

LOL  We're just both computer doofuses, so if anything goes wrong our ability to fix is limited.  But I'm getting more confident on the modding thing.  It's his PC, so I try not to do anything too crazy or we're both reduced to using my Macbook.

Aha!  I will pass on that information.

Yeah, and he's such a pain to appease in Awakening. I gave up the first time. I have a whole theory that it was done on purpose to sort of throw a wrench in the player's assumption that they'd have this one companion that they were definitely close to, only to find out that's not the case at all. However, I really think they were just lax and didn't want to futz around with importing approval.

If you let Anders run off when you first encounter him and then meet Oghren when it's just you and Mhairi, Oggy actually says something nice to the PC. I was shocked.

Speaking of Improved Atmosphere (on the last page, somewhere, never mind): IT IS AWESOME! I don't mean the Ali facemorph (which is awesome, too, it will never ever leave my override folder again), but the whole atmosphere stuff.

I just started my new human noble Breanna and the Great Hall at Castle Cousland is just ... wow! What a difference! I'm only curious if I it will interfere with other mods. I have double-checked but you never know.

Her chin looks funny but she's still cute. She needn't be perfect.

With Daddy Cousland.

I'm actually very pleased with Breanna. She looks a little like her predecessor Brianna, but more natural. I love her. She'll be a good match for Ali - until the Landsmeet.

Edit: Oh yes, top of the page and more Ali. Let's have a look. Alistair and Brianna.

Edit 2: Narf. It's so embarrassing when your post is quoted while you're still sneaking edits in to fix all the mistakes. :o
