If anyone wants new presets, if you can email me your .mrp files from the toolset and your .xml from the override folder I can get you some.

They are so pretty, I'm trying to make a Brand sister now. She's really cute. I hope you don't mind.SurelyForth wrote...

Why do all of your PCs look so beautiful? I love Brand's look and Amell looks like she's her secret sister.
I'm so envious. What preset do you use to begin with? Or do you create them via toolset?
I think I always use the last pre-set, which is why my humans come out so similar (my obsession with Morrigan hair and longer faces and noses play into it, as well). Thank you, though!

I hate the hair in the sex scenes. I think that is what bothers me the most. Just not natural. Expecially the long bangs in some of the hair mods.

LOL I both like and hate that moment in the origin. Like, because any time you see facial expression on your PC it's a banner moment. Hate, because that is often the moment I decide something went wrong in character creation and I have to backtrack.
Not as bad as if you've already done half the origin and decide that, though. I don't think there's any origin story where I Esc with such verve.
This is why I can't use the long hair on any of my characters. It doesn't freaking move. Just weird, I wish I had some mad hair products like that maybe my hair would cooperate more.AnniLau wrote...

The fact that it doesn't move? Who knows what kind of strange and archaic hair products they use! Like...oh, 80s AquaNet maybe!
Really? I think my HNF looks great in tmp's scene. I mean, compared to other shots of her. Those are now some of my favorite screenies of her game.klarabella wrote...
Yes, love makes you blind but I can't watch them. She looks like she's in pain and her eyes look really weird. <_<
Dog is great, esp once he gets Overwhelm. Dread Howl is nice, too, for the group stun. Running a ranger pet with both of those, plus Dog, is almost too easy.I
And run with a DW trio plus Dog. I've never used Dog before.

Hey SurelyForth: On the mage origin now, don't you just want to find the corner that Anders is hiding in? Or maybe he's out on one of his escapes while you're there.

My HNF was made with that preset, too. I think of it as Alfstanna face. And with her hair, my HNF was like an Alfstanna cousin. Who knows, maybe she is.SurelyForth wrote...

Heh, you mean the Chasind robe? It's sexy! Alistair's been wearing it on occasion, too.Serissia wrote...
Those robes always remind me of bondage...

Throw up that screen of Anders in it again, SurelyForth. The horns make a difference, of course, but especially compared to some of the light armors, it's got style.
BTW, having Natural Bodies installed gives taking NBA shots a whole new... er, feel. I have to get used to it so I can stop blushing.

I see you've got the IA running? I think I like the original best anyway, but my husband is eventually going to put his foot down on all the mods. He gets nervous about such things. Told me I messed up Oghren because he's only giving +5 for booze now in Awakening.

The Oghren booze thing isn't because of a mod, though. for some reason, Awakening rejects your Origins approval with him, but takes into account the fact that you've already give him gifts. It's a vanilla bug.

LOL We're just both computer doofuses, so if anything goes wrong our ability to fix is limited. But I'm getting more confident on the modding thing. It's his PC, so I try not to do anything too crazy or we're both reduced to using my Macbook.SurelyForth wrote...
Your husband sounds like my boyfriend when we use to play Fallout 3 on the same computer. I came home once and he was annoyed because suddenly he had plenty of ammo for the Lincoln Repeater due to a mod and it "wasn't special anymore." He then he swore he couldn't find other ammo because of it (a patently false claim, BTW). Men.
Aha! I will pass on that information. The Oghren booze thing isn't because of a mod, though. For some reason, Awakening rejects your Origins approval with him, but takes into account the fact that you've already give him gifts. It's a vanilla bug.
Yep.Serissia wrote...
That's not your fault, that's a known bug they've yet to fix. If he gave any gifts to Oghren in Origins the diminishing returns carry over into Awakening. I'm assuming your husband imported a Warden?

God, that pissed me off so much. I thought we were budsI pretty much spent all of Awakening spamming him with gifts but I couldn't get his approbal up until the end because we can't f*cking talk to our companions. Yet I gave one gift to Velanna, Sigrun and Justice and their approval shot to 100. Whoever thought of this should be smacked, especially if you're gonna keep the approval point system.<_<
