Valenna is a silly b*tch. I feel nothing for Anora but pure hatred. I personally don't hate Cammen, but I gotta agree with Morrigan on the vomiting thing when he and Gheyna kiss.

He also has to get an earing, though. The Beard cannot be without the Earring of Divine Fury.

It would be hard for me to narrow down the npcs I loath to just 5. I hate Howe because of what he did to my HNF and I take satisfaction in killing him but I don't hate the character its self. I think Howe is well written and Tim Curry delivers on the voice acting.

Jowan used to be on my list but I like him better after several mage playthroughs. And I don't hate Cammen. I don't particularly like him but I don't hate on him either. There are worse characters (like the silly b*tch Velanna)

Let's see: I hate...#1. Wow, I really don't hate a lot of characters, huh? Braka has a nice redemption scene if you side with her and talk her into destroying the Anvil, Caladrius is polite and his 'I don't suppose you'll consider just letting me go?' was amusing. Bhelen's betrayal isn't personal so he only dies in an also non-personal DN's decision to try and succeed Harrowmont, and I've never had Anora betray me so it's easier to be a fan. Loghain's conversation where you can plot his death for massive approval is nice and Isolde is kind of a moron with a screechy voice but she just looks so helpless and miserable when you first arrive and see Teagan under mind control...I can't hate her.

I do hate Frandlin Ivo and the Scout from the DN origin, though. And Vartag.

LOL told ya.  Cammen isn't even in my top 20 and there are lots of people I hate on in this game.  I got a lot of anger issues I guess and this helps me work them out

Lol. It really does depend on how you play I suppose. I hate Anora as a HNF wanting to take her place, but don't mind her when Alistair and I are running off together.
