Oh and the reason it's no longer possible to find it on social site is, since it's been quite a while since that tweak was made, i've removed the separate small file from download page and just thrown it into the main mild scenes download, to make it less confusing. Guess it kind of backfired

Alistair moving in

Here you can see Ali's got his eyes closed and my PC is about to crumple into a heap

She manages not to fall over, hears "Maker's breath, you're beautiful," and... stick a fork in her, she's done.

I would assume it's not working then since the scene is no different. :/

Right after the kiss, the screen quickly fades to black and then the Warden's head falls forward a bit and she stumbles a little. It is subtle, it just puts in a little reaction to match Alistair backing up and closing his eyes.LadyDamodred wrote...

The fade to black is fairly long, it seems and there appears to be no stumble. :/ Lemme look again.

Uh, I caught Morrigan smirking here.
LOL!
And I completely heard the word "smirking" in Steve Valentine's voice in my head. I need a vacation. With no PC anywhere nearby.
And he was on Monk the other day. I actually got a little bit excited, pretty pointless because on German television everything is dubbed. So no audible chocolate for me.
*highfive sister*
I'm german too and remember me saying excited to a friend while watching- hey that's Steve Valentine, he speaks Alistair *squee* <3 before my frownie face followed as I heard his dubbed voice. Bummer.

What EXACT scene is it? Do I need to take a specific dialogue course? I am going to install it but I want to make sure not to miss it in this case

If you have NOT made love with Alistair:
Alistair: "Here's the thing: being near you makes me crazy, but I can't imagine being without you. Not ever." (VO: earnest, yet awkward conversation)
Alistair: "I don't know how to say this another way. I want to spend the night with you. Here, in the camp. Maybe this is too fast, I don't know, but... I know what I feel." (VO: earnest yet awkward conversation, we're looking for "awww" rather than "er, creepy ...")
(IF: PC_NotHuman) Even though I'm not human like you?
Alistair: *Chuckles* Especially because of that. (VO: amused)
If you have ALREADY made love with Alistair:
Alistair: "Here's the thing: being near you makes me crazy, but I can't imagine being without you. Not ever." (VO: earnest, yet awkward conversation)
Alistair: "You're the first woman I've ever spent the night with, and if I have my way you'll be the last." (VO: Earnest, yet awkward admission of love)
(IF: PC_Dwarf) My being a dwarf doesn't change anything?
Alistair: "Of course not. Don't be ridiculous. If anything, I was wondering if I was too tall." (VO: sweet)
(IF: PC_Elf) My being an elf doesn't change anything?
Alistair: "Of course not." (VO: sweet)
------------------------------------------------
Glad I looked this up. I finally understand how to get these lines now. I thought maybe it had been specific to my dwarf noble, but I had forgotten that between the noble and the commoner, one had propositioned him early while the other waited for him to make the first move. The "too tall" line Alistair gives the dwarf is seriously what won me over in prefering him as the top choice of romance out of all the companions. I just really like that it gets addressed and that there's absolutely nothing wrong with being a dwarf, that maybe he's the one out of his league.
(Note to self: Make the first move from now on.)

The "Especially because of that." line strikes me as weird. There's something that makes me uncomfortable about it.

*nods* I know what you mean. I think it might meant to be more of a "you're not human, so you're more likely to like me for me" type of sentiment.

It happens in the conversation with Alistair where he tries to find out if you care for him like he does for you, the one which starts with "will you miss it all once we're done" if i remember right. If you tell him it's too soon to tell yet he does the swooping. The modified bit is in the part after fadeout/fadein, it's just the PC is left visibly a littel off-balance by the swooping action.Aisynia wrote...

Hm. I never thought of it like that. I guess my kneejerk reaction was a sort of fetishizing the 'other', so to speak
It's ok, apparently my elf was only in it to distract him long enough to steal his kidney.

That's how I took it with my elves, humans haven't been very good to him, Loghain showed him the worst betrayal possible, and humans in general treat every other race pretty much like dirt beneath their feet, which I think from Alistair's character is wrong.
Edit...top of the page must have Alistair

(yeah its a repeat but d'awwwww:wub:)
