Out of curiousity, b/c I don't know if it's just me, but do you guys get shield decapitations? I have seen it happen tons of times for me, but have never seen it mentioned. Just wondering if it's some sort of nifty bug I have. I conjures an image of Lya and Alistair sitting at camp sharpening the edges of their shield. XD

I'm quite certain I have seen Alistair decapitate with his shield.

I don't like 2 dual wield, either. But yes I have decaps with sword and board, if thats what you mean.

Ok, good.  To me, that is the height of badassery.  Anyone can decapitate with a sword.  Doing it with a shield takes talent.

I mean with the board part of a sword and board.  I get decaps with swords, too, but I find shield decaps more satisfactory.

No tanks. We go to the tower out of Lothering, get Wynne and give her Haste ASAP. If we both have precise striking and momentum running, we are killing things too fast to have to worry about having a tank. Eventually I'll my PC Lifegiver, but that's about it.

Did I mention I also have a DW rogue with us at all time? There's a lot of flurrying going on in my Ferelden.

You poor thing.    It is awesome.  The char slides the edge of their shield across their victims throat and *poof* head gone!

yea now i don't know whether to make my next PC a S&S or go with DW on Alistair or make both DW. I know Val is pretty bad ass with DW skills. She cuts through crap like butter, esp with Momentum on.

damn Another of those core/override thingees. I don't have any luck with installing those. Ahh well I don't like the death scenes too much. The ogre one kind of pisses me off with your PC busy in slow mo on its chest while Ali and the rest of the gang are getting hacked on. The other little scenes would have been nice to see though.

Actually one of those mods reduces the the liklihood of the deathblow, hey I can help in the override dept if you want it's actually a lot easier than the DAzips in some scenarios. It is somewhat scary sounding, admitidly, but it's not so bad.
Yeah, you already said that about less deathblows. My bad.

yea I didn't get the hair mod on nexus so I just got the standard hairs for the vanilla game. My daughter's friend helped me get skins/eyes/hair colors but we couldn't figure out how to get the Morrigan hair to show.
