Yeah I don't think that is Morrigan's motivation. Sorry, no screenshots. Still haven't even managed to install origins yet.

Well, I don't know what to think of that. Since the ice queen says that Cailen "had his women". But yeah, the dude wanted him to go out on his wife to produce an heir. We already know that Alistair and the Cousland will likely not be producing one, so you know whats gonna happen there.
Well, Cailan sleeping w/ other women is different than Cailan actually devoricing his Queen for a more feritle wife. Anora is after all the daughter of his father's best friend. I think Cailan was offended that Eamon would even suggest such a thing. At least that's the way I took it from his letter in RtO.
I could see Eamon trying to have either Anora or HNF assassinated if they're married to Alistair since they can't bare more Theirin heirs.
Except for one thing. If you're a HNF married to Alistair, then you've done the ritual. There IS a Theirin heir.
Well, Eamon wouldn't know that and I somehow doubt he'd be privy to that sort of information. Also, unless things go really wrong then the demon baby won't really play into the throne. Well, if you believe Morrigan it won't, and don't go searching for her as an HNF.
Also, Eamon is quite welcome to send assassins after the HNF, that has worked out so well in the past.

Well even then that is not ok with me. Would he leave Isolde? It isn't fair of him to totally not care what Alistair wants like he does.

I just don't think Eamon is that much of a threat, unless Alistair is solo unhardened. He's old, he's got Theirin blood on the throne, I think his role is done. We've all seen what happens when you push Alistair up against a line he won't cross, I'd say any suggestion of a woman other than the one he loves would have Eamon arse in a sling quicker than an Arch Demon can say crunch.
I conflicts with a lot of mods, so I'd check it out.Lady Jess wrote...
Hey! Dialog tweaks doesn't effect Alistair_main anymore...does that mean I can pop it in again without messing things uP?

I seriously disagree with everyone saying Eamon wouldn't eventaully talk Alistair into doing what he thinks is best. Alistair will do anything to please Eamon, and I think he knows it. Alistair needs a father figure. He may decline at first, but eventually I think it would likely happen.

Now, I'm not saying Wynne is a godless heathen, I'm just saying that she resisted the beard more than any other character I've tried.

Lady, why oh why would you do that. You force me to do something I REALLY don't want to do just to move away from this disgracefull page.
The fact that he won't fight with you in Awakening shows me just how much Eamon cares. But I guess Awakening is just a story disaster anyway. Best to just forget it exists in my book.Lady Jess wrote...

The Alistair you first meet yes. The Alistair you put on the throne? No, not anymore. Unless he isn't hardened after his sister. By the end of the game, it's your PC he trusts, looks up to. Eamon is his past. Alistair has seen ALOT with you, learned alot, and changed alot. He isn't the same guy you met at Ostagar, he even tells you HE can lead, which is huge for him.

But the queen is ok to? Cailan fought in the battle. Many kings fight with their men.LadyDamodred wrote...

He can't fight with you in Awakening, not as king. He has a kingdom to run. I always saw the 'Eamon heart attack' as not a serious line about being concerned about what Eamon thinks, but more a reminder of his duties.
