Oh, me too. Dog gets sent to dispatch her. It's just a pity that I have this encounter too early for him to Overwhelm, especially since I have ZevranASAP. Now, if you play a Dalish ranger, you might be able to Overwhelm that early in the game. *plots evilly for my new DEF*cmessaz wrote...
Do what I do, use the addxp script in the beginning, and hit max level. I mean I've played through every class vanilla and I'm really only in it for the story changes anyhow. Besides, WHY would Duncan ever have recruited my poor warden with only like...3 abilities...lol

Nope she goes after you. It's been a VERY long time since I've had Alistair with me when getting Zev because of Alistair's disapproval but I think right before the fight breaks out Zev says "get the Warden" not Warden's if Alistair is with you, so that means that you've been singled out from the beginning.
(Am I right on Zev's words even if Alistair's there??? Like I said it's been a long time since I've taken Alistair with me.)

Cheatery! Also, Duncan recruits us b/c of our potential. Remember, we're never intended to actually stop the Blight, just bolster numbers. Get 'em early, get 'em young, so they're more trainable and you get the best years of their lives.

Yeah, and losing 3 from him doesn't hurt much since I know how to easily increase level with Alistair. He's just jealous.
Ya but you lose those even if you're a male pc lmao. I could understand if it just happened if you were playing a female pc, definitely add to the jealous thought but because it happens with a male too takes away that fun lmao

Lol thank you, I never really pay attention to that part because I know a battle's about to start lol. But does it go from Grey Warden to Grey Warden's if Alistair is with you? That part I definitely don't remember.

Oh he's jealous of Zevran. Maybe he actually disapproves with the male, but ask him later if he is jealous, if he is in a relationship with the PC he will admit it. And, if not, read the toolset.Thor Rand Al wrote...

BTW it is possible to recruit Zevran without any approval loss from Alistair. You need to turn him down the first time (e.g., "Ha ha, very funny. My answer is no.") and ask him to kill Loghain. When he says he can't do that, you accept his offer and when he sputters in surprise you ask "Do you want to live or not?" This cuts out any party chatter and Alistair gives no frowny face.

I think he's just worried about the knife in the back, which is also why Morrigan disapproves and why Ali disapproves of Shale (where it is headcrushing that worries him... Shale would have loved Kids in the Hall.)Thor Rand Al wrote...

Speaking of Alistair and Shale, I was giggling at one of their banters last night, the one where Alistair is demonstrating the sounds one makes when in pain. Very cute.

Heh, very few npcs seem to acknowledge Alistair as a Warden. This is something that has always bothered me about Origins. Caladrius is one of the few NPCs that will actually address Alistair if the proper dialogue choices are picked.
Hmm, Simon Templeman did Caladrius too... I never realized that.
