Yeah, I tried but after a while I gave up and said whatever. I've been trying to make a new character that has some resemblance with no luck, so she's gonna have to be content having similar coloring

After I found out about the toolset I haven't really gone back to the character creation screen. Still find it difficult to make a Cousland that resembles her family and doesn't look deformed in the actual game >.<

Oooof, no. Darker hair makes it better, but looking at her in profile... Eesh.

How does one use the toolset to make characters?

I don't know if mine resembles her family, but she doesn't look out of place to me.  Dunno.  Could be I'm just deluding myself.

I think she has more of a Howe-style nose than a Cousland nose. How could you, Eleanor?

Thats the trouble I'm having. You know the hair has to be dark, look at Fergus. I want Bryce's eyes, I thought I had the mama eyebrows down, but not so much in game. She looks pissed.

File-New-Morph. Replacing your character in game gets a little trickier, but you can change your looks at any point if you change your mind about something.
And the custom tattoos are SOO worth it.

Seriously!!  I'm on xbox, so I don't have any hair mods.  i'm stuck with hots buns on head, prom up-do, stringy mess, or crazy braids.  There's only one choice, really <points at avatar>

I mean, do girls work at Bioware?  Isn't there anyone there that knows better??

The biggest issue for me is the nose. I have trouble getting the nose to look decent normally, but trying to make one that fits in with the rest of them is giving me palpitations. Well, better than the Howe nose, I guess.

After finding the toolset my characters go drastic changes depending on my mood. They must have their own personal plastic surgeon at camp or something. Or a wizard did it.

Sure is!  It's the only one I use.  I wish I could join you on PC....all this talk of modding and toolsets makes me curious.  Let alone screenshots... I want screenshots!!  I thought about getting the PC version too, and my husband told me that was silly, considering all the extra money I'd have to spend to get the DLCs and Awakening...and we're trying to save for a house....and blah blah blah.  Dang voice of reason
