If you notice, a lot of Fereldans have this combo.  I think it is the "classic Fereldan" look.  I made my first HNF with that combo, for that reason.  She was pretty I guess, but it gets boring for a PC.

I would have to say that it doesn't really get boring for Fereldan men, however.  At least not for Anders and Alistair.

She did?!  How cute, I missed that.  Eh well, I didn't know about the freckle mod when I made Fiona 2.0 anyway.  Not that I was really going for an exact representation.

Me too!  Maybe we're just chanelling Maric right there - he seemed to like them too, to notice them.

Yes, she had freckles from too much sunlight which I thought was a great detail to add that Maric noticed after a year that she now had freckles.  She was also described as pale a few times.  Her hair color was given as black as well.  I think she was called beautiful once.

In the books, elven eyes are not like human eyes.  They are described as alien, bright, cat-like and pale.

Lady Jess, I can, and my pic isn't great as far as lighting and whatnot. But again, I do have the symetrical massive armor mod, so the shoulders and the gauntlets are smaller than in vanilla.

Fiona's eyes are described as dark, however.  It does seem that I remember Maric contrasting this fact to other elves, though.

I wish the elves eyes reflected like cat eyes in the dark. The Dalish in the book seem a lot more badass than the ones in-game.

I may have taken the pale eyes a bit too far with my PC though.

Fiona's eyes are described as "dark, elven eyes" & "dark, angry eyes" and "dark eyes" - so, I think that since he still distinguishes them as "elven" makes it appear to me that they are not like human eyes.  Perhaps they are different than most other elves because they are dark. 

Who knows...that is just the impression I got when reading the books.
