I think you still technically "die" there. Because if the one who is still alive dies, then GO. Now, I see how they made Sten temporarily "immortal" for that part, I wonder if there is something similar that can be done for the PC.LadyDamodred wrote...

Are there any instances in the game where the PC doesn't actually die when their health is depleted?
When you "die" at the hidden camp in the Brecilian Forest?

I have no problems with it. In fact, my CC in the game is messed up and 1/2 the beard options don't appear. *shrugs*
Well either my old saves from it were wonk, or when it installed and I chose "run now" it never appeared, so I opened it again, which may have had two instances running. uninstall/reinstall worked.

Your L.Aeducan is so pretty Gilsa. I couldn't get the tucked hairs to show up for my dwarves so I will be sticking with the one pictured on my avatar. I really kind of like it though it would have been nice to get the tucked ones too.Gilsa wrote...
I cannot praise TMP's mod enough. I have been agonizing all morning over which style to use because they were all so perfect and practical in their own way. I ultimately settled on the long hair for the new Aeducan character. I love how she looks elegant as befitting royalty, but still practical. The tucked style really opens up her face from behind so I can connect to the cutscenes better. I can't wait to start downloading the Alistair dialogue fixes and start romancing him. I'm really inspired by how different she's going to be from my first noble and it'll be a fun RP experience, for sure. (My first noble was more interested in being a commander and focusing on the battle, which is why she saw Loghain as an asset to the cause. This noble is going to be more focused on politics and will keep her brother on the throne and keep Alistair on the throne, too, in addition to finding a way to serve him in that capacity so she can stay on top of Orzammar business and human business. She can still protect the people -- just in a different way.)

It is possible this was changed because setting the player immortal would result in some bugs down the road or in certain situations, hard to say.cmessaz wrote...
I think that this was intentional. I guess it doesn't make much sense for you to not "die" in this part. However, I was thinking of experimenting with these appearing at a different time, possibly when you defeat him? Would that work?
I'd imagine these lines would work pretty well if they were triggered when Sten challenges you for the leadership in the first place. I mean, the concept is probably just as crazy to the followers then as it is after the fight

That is true, there are a couple of them that seem like they wouldn't make much sense. But I think I might be able to manage, this.tmp7704 wrote...

Hmm did they not show up as in, not listed in the character creator, or show up as invisible or something? To show up in the creator it needs the optional download ( tucked_hair_chargenmorphcfg.zip ) to be unpacked to the override directory as well, and it's possible another mod you're using has its own version of this file, and they conflict... but in such case it should be still possible to select the haircuts directly in the Toolset morph editor.sylvanaerie wrote...

I must be the noobish of all noobs cause I was completely lost when I downloaded this and tried to use it. It was all Greek to meGilsa wrote...
@sylvanaerie - we're gonna get those hairstyles working for you, girl. DANexus is down or something because I can't get to it right now, but you need to download the DA_CharGenMorphCompiler. What that does is it looks in your override folder for all the chargenmorph files you have in all of your mods and combines it into one big file for you. That's it. Just one click. When I downloaded TMP's tucked mod, I also downloaded the chargenmorph file tmp included and clicked on the DA_CharGenMorphCompiler. It automatically added the new hairstyles to the list and I found them in the character creator just fine. This program is made for newbs like you and me!

I was going to try the one Terra_Ex made. He's the one doing the Morrigan Restoration Patch work. Is it the same one? I haven't tried it yet, so not exaclty an endorsement, but his Morrigan stuff is great.sylvanaerie wrote...

YES. THAT IS EXACTLY IT. I probably thought it was from the nexus because I look for mods there first. The social site is hard for me to navigate through.
