If you are using photobucket then it's quite easy to get the image posted over here. Just copy the IMG code from the share box next to the picture. I think all picture hosting sides show you the img code after you've uploaded.

This seems like a good place to ask this and apolgies if it the answer is buried in all the thread.  I really am looking for a spoiler here as I've done so many playthroughs.

What I want to know is what happens if you are a HNF, Alistair is hardened and Alistair declares himself King at the Landsmeet, not giving you a chance to use the 'rule beside him' option?  I am 100% sure I will get the famous Royal dumping scene.  My question is does he ask you to marry him when you use the 'no one can make a king etc' line or are you still the bit on the side?

I've got a horrible feeling I know the answer to this I really do not understand why BW shied away from including an option where he actually proposes, I don't suppose anyone is going to tell me I've some how missed it.

I have never had a hardened Alistair declare himself king at the Landsmeet ever. I don't think he can when you're a HNF. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong. He will not ask you to marry him if you don't put yourself on the throne beside him.

If Alistair is in love with a HNF or engaged to Anora, you should still get the dialog choosing what happens even if he is hardened.

Edit: The only proposal I know of in the game is Zevran's, and you still have to ask him if he proposed.  I think with Alistair it makes sense -- he is just being swept away by everything that is going on -- the fact that he may actually be able to marry the woman he loves (if she's HNF) is something that doesn't occur to him.  He's delighted when it happens.

My last playthrough, he killed L at the landsmeet and promptly announced himself King I didn't get a say in the matter, when he came for the dumping scene, I obviously choose the right responses and was kept on as 'something' not sure what the title was but it wasn't queen.

Hell would freeze before I ever married him off to Anora, I can't stand the woman mincing around wringing her hands don't even get me started on her voice.

Yea Hardened Al will grab the throne if its not a HNF (or HNM) Warden.  Arranging marriages I think tends to hiccoup that option (such as putting forth Alistair/Anora marriage) though if he kills Loghain Anora won't marry him.  Can't say I blame her for that one.  Everyone has a line they won't cross and Anora won't marry someone who murdered her father.

Were you at love with him? I've never had him make himself king if he was hardened and in love with my HNF, and I have played through the Landsmeet a lot.

I don't know why they didn't make him propose, maybe they didn't realise how popular he'll be with the ladies or they're really pushing for the "make sacrifices for the better good" theme.

Does the male warden propose to the queen first or does he suddenly announce it out of the blue?

I just hope they see how big this thread is and make sure they give us an option where him and the warden can have a happy ending and the world doesn't burn because of it...
