Thanks for the tips, Gilsa.  How is the program in terms of user-friendliness?

It's really easy. Just designate what hotkey you want (F10 is default, I think) and the folder you want it to save to.

@Addai -- Aye, it's stupidly easy. Only three tabs -- FPS (can ignore this), screenshots (just pick a folder you want the pictures in), and movies (same deal).

The *only* issue that I had was with the movies tab because the sound wasn't coming on in my videos, but that was directly related to my sound card and computer settings, not with the FRAPs program itself. I got it resolved after googling for answers. If you want to edit videos and upload them to youtube or something, you probably already have Windows Movie Player installed somewhere on your computer for free, just taking up space. =p

Like Lady Jess said, it works with your game gamma just fine. I actually got FRAPS to take screenshots in Mass Effect 2 (since the game doesn't take screenshots otherwise) and I was already in the habit of hitting my F10 key when I had switched back to DAO later and went doh! That's when I noticed how different the screenshots were compared to the earlier ones I had and knew from then on, I wasn't ever going to use the in-game button again. I sometimes bang my head on the desk for not realizing this sooner. Soo many playthroughs could have benefitted from the better pictures!

Harrowing! Ha, that reminds me of an inconsistency I discovered while testing the Joining prodding.

You can ask Alistair if the Joining is like the Harrowing and he tells you that he doesn't know anything about the Harrowing. Must be wrong because he also tells you (later) that he was at a Harrowing and the girl l didn't make it.

Well in his defense the role he played in a Harrowing is exactly what he did during the PC's Joining.  IE watching it going on, not actively participating in the Harrowing/Fade itself.

If you mean the black one, it's the black version of the Grey Warden Runic Armor.

Well I'll try it then.  I've been meaning to for a while.  As for other playthroughs, my earlier PCs have all faded into obscurity since I didn't even look at screenshots until later on.  Too busy actually playing to bother.

That is really nice armor and it looks great on Alistair.  I just wish I would of been paying attention when I created my male pc and had it uninstalled cause now I can't even get it to show up.  A lot of my mods aren't showing up.

Syl-NM I still had a copy of the chargenmorph I sent you last night. I'm putting up a file for you on my project page http://social.biowar.../project/2573/
Make sure to remove your current chargenmorph, not delete it, just put it on the desktop or something. Drop this whole folder in override and go to CC. Go all the way to the end and there should be a new preset. If not then I need to do it a little differently.

I have found that with a new character, you need to uninstall the modded armors, upload/create the character and make a new game save, go back and install everything, and then it shows up in inventory.  Definitely cumbersome and incentive not to re-start characters as often as I usually do.

BTW, the dwarf scenes at the Pearl mod line up wonderfully. I'm shocked that it was even adjusted for dwarves so this is a very nice and welcomed surprise! This is officially the first sex mod that includes dwarves. History has been made. Hold me.

I wrote a short camp scene... earlier in post about 5 pages back. If i knew how to make cut scenes I would... can someone make a cut scene like that? or would there be much interest??

I think the only one who can actually make cutscenes is tmp. But I heard making cutscenes is tricky business and takes a very long time.
