Ok, I need to play another DNF, i keep feeling like I didn't do a thorough enough job of exploring my options in the Paragon of Her kind quest. OR I need to backtrack, and redo it, the circle, and the urn. I'm so torn, and I don't know why it's easier to think of starting a new one than just going backwards.

Heh, backtracking feels like you're doing twice as much work for the same result when a fresh start means you're cutting loose the baggage and all that was really just practice and now the REAL STORY BEGINS ...

I actually restarted my first DN when I realized how much stuff I missed.

It's mostly just Orzammar I feel I didn't do well enough. I read somewhere if you challenge Harrowmon on his views about the casteless it actually has an effect on the ending, I've read theres a letter in jarvia's hideout that proves you were set up, but not sure if I had to side with harrowmont up front for that or not. I'm thinking maybe I rushed into the "ultimate" revenge making Bhelen think I was on his side, then handed it to Harrowmont. Honestly the circle and urn are pretty fast, I need to just suck it up and decide before i go any further. I really want each character to be just right, rather than play multiples of the origin...lol

It's the normal light armor, but I used Winter Forge to tint it to a darker shade. Actually, I used winter forge to make it. I bought felon's coat, but didn't like the looks -- so I made my own armor and gave it the stats of Felon's Coat. That way I felt like I wasn't cheating :D

Fragments of Ferelden

Of course, I've probably now wasted all my patience for the Deep Roads on it.  XD

I have so many things I'd love to make look different/have more fitting stats. I tried TWF but got so very confused >.<

I do to especially the latest upgrade.  Drives me nuts that n having to hunt down where all the components and scrolls are is a little frustrating lol

I think I'm using the one before -- I think he just released a new one last month, and I haven't updated it yet. The one I'm using wants you to make recipes and buy materials. But I usually toggle that off :) Takes too much time! :D

And theres no real instructions as to how to do things. just basic ones on the website the seem to assume you have experience.

If you click on the barrel behind the elf, you can go back to the configuration where you just talk to her and she does it all, without the running around. I toggle it back and forth, because there's something she can't do that the newest one does ... I just can't remember what it is at the moment! lol.

Don't know what happened, but now my morphs are showing up in the game at last, yay! *backs away slowly*

Quick question -- any real way to improve the light source in the toolset other than picking night and day from the drop down menu?

I spent wayyy too much time creating clothes and weapons with it -- I especially like using noble clothes and giving them mage stats, so that Wynne & sometimes my own mage, can wear better looking robe/clothes.

But, I never do the running around stuff. It is too confusing!! And takes up too much time!! I spend enough time just getting colors on clothes correct! I need all my other time to actually play the game.

I love the winter forge cause I can duplicate an item that's set just for a mage and make it to where anyone can wear it but it's the extra stuff like putting stats n things on it that drives me nuts lol.

See that's what I want to do.  Ugh next playthrough I'll have to figure out how to use the forge lol

Playing a guy is so boringgggggggg. I literally have tears in my eyes from yawning. Combination of mage origin + dude and I am just nodding off here.

I started a human male and decided that the Morrigan romance would be my "carrot," but she was bedded before we even got to Lothering. Yeaaah, that didn't last long.

@thor rand al -- It's actually easy to use if you turn off the running around/gathering part. If you right click on the barrel, you can click on see the configuration options and then enable the override. After you do that, to make things you just talk to the girl, and she pretty much does it for you. You tell her what piece you want to make, the bonuses you want, and the material you want it to be, and ta-da! new clothes!

@ladydamodred -- I know!!! I spent hours... and hours.. and probably MORE hours just creating clothes and weapons my last play through. I've been (semi) good this time around :D

@yukidama -- I hear you! I haven't been able to get a guy past going to Ostagar. I feel so disconnected with a guy, I can't get into the story.

I haven't found one yet. Is yours too bright? Mine is always brighter in the toolset that it is in my game.

Not bright enough. I could just crank up the gamma on my monitor, but that's too far too reach.

That's what I've been playing lately n ya it does seem to drag.  It's not the same as playing a female, I miss my Alistair kisses lmao

Yeah, the only time I got a male past Lothering was to get the Morrigan achievement. I like Morrigan but it just doesn't click when I play a guy. I actually made this character and decided to go for Zevran with him, but I just don't wanna be a dude. I know I won't be able to resist Alistair as a female though, :x

For the lulz again:
