I think all of them do,  you just don't notice it because of the angles used. I'm pretty sure Ali has his eyes open during the Archdemon Kiss.

Yeah, it's hard to tell when he's being serious in that conversation and when he's joking. Maybe the other templar got caught with a woman, and that's what he meant by the people laughing? I'm not entirely sure.

I didn't either. I was wondering what he was talking about, because I was thinking of him talking about himself. Even in theory, its not that likely.  It's more like it's feasibly possible but highly highly unlikely.  Brown is usually considered the dominant phenotype, so yeah, according to the vanilla game....Eleanor had a "friend".

Fergus has hazel eyes

Okay, that makes more sense. I think green and hazel are genetically linked, so he got them from mom. Good. It was a weird anomoly.

It is nice, although the lighter eyes still throw me off more than any other change to his character design.

Yeah, my change fixes the Couslands up a bit.  Highever is based off of Ireland so, I gave that a nod in my fix.  Bryce and Fergus share common traits now.
