The bars between them really make the picture more poignant and beautiful. Such a wonderful job. Do I need to be a member of Deviant art to favorite it?

Yeah, but don't kill yourself over it. Some people have accounts just so they can comment on other people's work so it's not like you're required to be an artist to participate. Favoriting it means it shows up in your collection of artwork that you like the most from Deviant Art. So if someone clicks on your profile, they see what kind of art tastes you have. PayRoo is also a poster on the forum (mostly in Zev thread, I thiiink). Sooo if you ALREADY have an DA account, favorite it. If not, don't even sweat it. I am spazzing out because of my high from getting this picture. I don't know how I'll even get any sleep tonight!

I hear people saying this and I know he is an interesting character. 

What irks me is that I am now under the impression that Zevran is a little too clingy in the end. You have to shove him away to get him to leave and do something more interesting than be your loyal lap dog. Tell me I'm getting this wrong.

I wonder if he's not cliché enough to be appealing to me or maybe I think too much and should simply play the romance, get to know him. What type of woman would go for Zevran? A Brosca seems to be a good choice, she should have no problem with killing things for money and her sister is a noble hunter, so the Antivan wh0re thing shouldn't be an issue. Thing is, is it imagineable for a Brosca to live in a long-term relationship happily ever after with a former Crow? Wouldn't it be much cooler if they seperated ways and he would become leader of the Crows?

Or maybe I'm spoilt by the darker paths of the Alistair romance. Suddenly happy endings aren't that satisfying.

It's strange, my current noble is still a noble girl with a sense of propriety, she is certainly losing her innocence quickly and interested in testing boundaries, but she wouldn't trust Zevran enough to fall for him. She will not be friends with every companion (like Wynne, too preachy for her), I don't want her to be too gentle and a little hypocritical, she's a noble woman after all. She will have a bad influence on Alistair.

Edit: Oh my, did I just produce a wall of text with babbling about ... things? Maker help me. *sigh*

I know, know, know I should be sleeping and I'm going to pay for this tomorrow at work. Oh well.
This is my first playthrough that I've romanced him all the way. I'm playing a City Elf, and she's a rogue, and it just felt natural to do the romance this time. I think since they are both elves, and she can understand the harsh life he's fallen into after seeing some of the things done in the alienage.

On my previous playthrus I've been friends with him as a HNF. She was a rogue also, so she understood a little of where he was coming from with the lust of a good kill, etc, but she never would have romanced him. My mage (also human) did have a little fling with him, but more because she was let free from the Circle and out to experience everything.

I also think I might be a little bit heightist (is that a word?) in terms of men. I had a hard time liking him when I was taller than him. lol. When I'm playing an elf or a dwarf I have a much easier time. I do like his personality -- he's naughty and then at the same time has some emotionally deep levels.

But, I *still* have not been able to do a playthrough without romancing Alistair. No matter how hard I try or tell myself this time it's going to be someone else! For my city elf playthrough I had to get the polygamey mod, so I could romance them both at the same time. She's being a bad, bad girl!

I haven't felt like he's too clingy, as yet. But I haven't finished the playthrough. I don't think you ever really get a happy ending, even with him. Eventually you'll have to take on the Crows, who will come looking for him, and eventually you're going to go down fighting Darkspawn in the Deep Roads.  I look at the ending going off with him in the same way as keeping Alistair a warden, and going off with him.

Anyway. I'm having too much fun learning how to make videos, and I made one of the 2nd time Zev offers you an earring (if you've refused it the first time). It's rather sweet, if you want to be spoilered on how the (almost) end of your romance will play out with him.
