Arl Eamon was obviously sleep-stalking. Or his ghost adressed the Landsmeet while he was lying in bed, sick, uncured by the non-found Urn.cmessaz wrote...

Oh it is relevant. in the way what kind of decisions Alistair was willing to do, So much for morality on his part.

Sooo...from what I understand. Loghain died at Ostagar with Cailan and the other wardens. Eamon is missing even though he declared Alistair to be Maric's son at a Landsmeet after Ostagar....
'Tis interesting.
And there was still a civil war even though Loghain wasn't fighting with the Bannorn...

Hmmm, so that proves that Ostagar was a defeat, even if Loghain charged. And had he charged, Ferelden would have been very waekened and would have lost.
Hmmm hmmm hmmm indeed.

If the premise is 'this is what would happen if the PC died' then please explain how, exactly, Loghain not charging, Eamon being poisoned until after the guy who hired him was dead, and every other random Alterntive History aspect was because of the PC?Costin_Razvan wrote...

Argh:pinched: You can't do that. It is a binding internet contract!
-sigh- So much for negotiation success.

No Eamon called a landsmeet and from what I read everything went the same at Ostagar.

No I think everything went the same. But this whole thing is just a big story mess. Better off just playing and ignoring the codex as to not give yourself a headache.Sarah1281 wrote...

MY theory -- RtO was designed to make people dislike Wynne, Zevran, and Morrigan. This one is designed to make people dislike Alistair and Leliana. They want us to stop liking the characters so we don't complain when they're not brought back!
That...makes a lot more sense than it should:(

Loghain didn't charge because he was jealous of the PC's sexiness.

If you can find another way to make this seem logical then please tell. Cauthrien would NEVER side with Alistair over Loghain before or even after the Landsmeet he kills him in.

Eeeep, yeh. It was a lot funnier to me when I was writing it out than it is now that I actually read it
